Fraud and criminal activity -- avoid this shop at all costs! I recently brought my van here with a flat tire. Sherman called and said it needed over $3200 in repairs, including shocks, control arms, AC, struts, tires and brake pads. Something seemed really off and I told him I would just come pick the vehicle up. He then said he would not let me have my car back unless I paid him for his "diagnosis." This is not only unethical and unprofessional, it is also a criminal offense in Colorado. The Motor Vehicle Repair Act, CRS 42-9-101, prohibits auto repair shops from charging for diagnostics or an estimate without prior written authorization from the customer. It also prohibits charging more than $100 for any service without prior authorization when the vehicle has been dropped off. Also, it turns out that Sherman was lying and that he violated the Colorado Consumer Protection Act as well (CRS 6-1-101), because the ONLY thing on his list of alleged repairs needed which the car actually needed was a new tire. I took it to two other shops the next day and the following and they BOTH told me my shocks, brakes, control arms, AC and struts were all fine.

Excellent service and facility, very good pricing. Lots of specials/offers/coupons/discounts to make sure you dont break the bank. Employees seemed very transparent and honest about pricing and materials/parts used if asked. Specials and discounts offered for military as well, greatly appreciated. Only complaint (and its not a big one) is that a 60-90 minute appointment in early afternoon took a little over 2 hours. Ill certainly been using them in the future for auto work, just keep that in mind when scheduling to allow some extra time. Thanks DADC!

Horrible service . Not an honest company . Sherman has awful customer service and doesnt comprehend the need for urgency quite well. Avoid all business here or you will be disappointed. Will not pay attention to the details no matter what you tell them and will over charge you. Never walk in expecting service, because they will tell you they cant take you that they are over booked and not have more than two or three cars in the bays to work on.

DADC is a great shop with seasoned, experienced mechanics. I recently brought in my Nissan Pathfinder, which was running rough, for diagnostics and repair and am very pleased with the results. Matt is a top notch mechanic who advised me on my vehicles condition and made the necessary repairs. The service prices are very reasonable. I recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Without a doubt the worse experience of my life. Please please listen to me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They purposely screwed my car up because I refused to allow them to do a repair that was unnecessary. I Had to take my vehicle to true professionals and have them fix the damage this place caused. Im in the process of gathering documentation to submit to my Attorney.

Weve given these guys multiple chances, and we are always overcharged (they have a lot of floor space to pay for). After they tried to charge me $300 to change my battery, I decided Ive had enough. Dont waste your time.
