I took my Jeep in to have a broken exhaust hanger welded back on. They quoted 1.5 hours with a total of about $130, which I thought was a bit excessive, but I figured OK, if it takes that long then thats what it takes. I left the shop at 8:40am to walk to a local fast food place for breakfast. I returned at 9:25 to find my Jeep sitting in the bay but not in the air. Thats only 45 minutes. Theyd backed a delivery truck up behind my Jeep and were doing welding work on it. I walked into the office and the manager tells me theyre almost finished with it. I said "Thats great, it took less than an hour", to which he mumbled that he actually had two guys working on it for a time. Not possible, all they had to do was remove a skid plate, weld the bracket, then replace the skidplate. Theres nothing there that would require more than one person. He charged me $131 for the job. What really burned me was I then stood around for another ten minutes waiting for them to pull the Jeep out. I finally went back in and asked to please move the truck so I could leave in light of the fact that I felt I was overcharged. To that, the manager looked shocked that I should think I was overcharged, he then told me he had THREE guys working on it for a time and that it took about an hour. Keep in mind I was back after only 45 minutes and earlier he said it was two guys. I asked him what would three people possibly have done and his answer was that they were "holding things". His words exactly. He finally did go out and tell the customer with the delivery truck, quite snottily, that he "had an impatient customer and needed to move his truck". Very poor customer service, I will never return to this shop and you can be sure I will spread the word wherever possible.

I would have given more stars despite the issue if management had offered a solution, but they did not. I do not recommend this business based on dishonest practices. I went in for an oil change and they talked me up to believing I needed an "oil flush." Of course I had no clue what they were talking about and was worried my car was not going to be okay without, so I said okay. I went in expecting to spend $30 on an oil change and ended up with a $95 bill. After talking to someone and looking up this "service" online it was totally unnecessary and only a very small percentage of cars actually ever need it done. I even told the guy I thought we had all our engine fluids flushed within the last year, but not from what they saw of course. Based on this new information, I filed a complaint with corporate who agreed they did not know what an "oil flush" was and that what was explained to me was the purpose of the oil change!!! To add to it, they did not even apply the correct discount to my oil change AND charged me extra for an filter after the oil change says it includes a filter. Things I only knew after reading the reciept. Corporate offices said the location did not offer a solution based on the fact the service was paid for. Yes I agreed to the service and paid for it, based on misleading information. I did not even get a call from the actual location like corporate said I should have. Clearly, they dont want to explain their shady business. If you read this review, and decide you would like to offer a solution, I would be willing to adjust my review to reflect a proper response.

Went in for a routine oil change. They were unable to thread the oil pan bolt because "someone else" stripped it. Up until this point I only got my oil changes here, so I argued about who stripped it. They did not take responsibility... They were unable to re-thread and said they needed to drop the oil pan to fix approx a days work. When they were reattaching the oil pan a small metal piece used to hold the pan was broken and they said it would take some time to fix. They gave me a pos vehicle during this time, which was actually kinda nice, other than it was a pos without a/c. A few days later they informed me they were unable to wield the piece together so they had to order it. Not sure why they were even attempting to wield it. Approx eleven days later my vehicle was finished. I argued over the price but the clerk became very angry and said I should be thankful they didnt just throw it back together with the broken piece. All in all, I would not recommend them for anything. They can change oil but I have a strong suspicion they do not hand thread the bolt first. They use the power drill which will strip it unless hand threaded first. Anything other than an oil change will take a very long time, and they seem very shady.

I would not recommend this location to anyone after my experience I had for my emissions. On the States website for emissions, this location was a certified shop for the work I needed. It took about 6 weeks to get my car to pass and $1100 later just to find out one of the mechanics could have made the part I needed free of charge. The guy upfront had the audacity to tell me that I brought my car in because of a check engine light when the light was never on from the beginning. When we ordered a part that would fix my vehicle, it never came in during the 7-10 days it would take to come in because the part was never ordered. 11 days after ordering we had to wait another 7-10 days for the wrong part to come in. The guy upfront told me that Nissan no longer made the part and it was switched to another part, but when I called Nissan, they had the original part and it would take 2 days to arrive. And to top it off, when I brought the service bulletin from Nissan that would fix my car, they claimed they followed the directions. How can you follow directions when you have the wrong part? And why does it take 3.5 hours to do a thirty minute job quoted by Nissan? Save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

I needed new brakes on my F150, and was on a tight budget. I had called various places for pricing and really felt like I was getting the run around, until I called Meineke. They were awesome! I made my appointment and when I got there and we discussed specifically what type of brakes they were going to use, the gentleman I had been talking with, I believe his name is Mitchell, had a truck like mine, and had put on a type of brakes he really liked, they were a bit more than I had planned on, but they have been worth every penny. In addition, the service they provided was far and above what I have had in my past dealing with vehicle repairs of any kind. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I am going back, for my oil change in the next week or two, just because they took such good care of me for my brakes Thanks guys!! I appreciate all you did for me!!!!
