I took in my 2012 Scion TC to Balta for some repairs and had nothing short of a great experience with the shop. Robert was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful with everything. Robert is straight up and tells you everything how it is without all the fluff and BS you may receive at other shops, and his honesty is greatly appreciated. The prices at Balta were much lower than the dealer and other shops in the area. Robert quoted me an estimate for the repair and although the work took longer and involved more work than he had originally anticipated, Robert stuck to his quote and even delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule, and as good as new. I had a great experience with Balta, and have found a great shop to take my car and now will not be taking it anywhere else. I highly recommend Robert and Balta for your car repair needs, and will definitely be recommending him and his shop to my friends. .

They suggested I get my oil changed, after having had it just changed two weeks prior, but I was told it really needed to be done, so I allowed it. I was told my breaks were so bad that they ruined my rotors, which I had no break problems recently so this blew me away. He said all front and back needed to be replaced immediately. I only had him do the front breaks and rotors because thats all I could afford. Because the total was so expensive, I brought my vehicle somewhere else to get the back breaks and rotors fixed the next week when I was able to afford it. The new shop showed me the breaks and rotors and they were in great condition and had plenty of life in them. Now I feel I was ripped off with the front breaks and rotors, but I am happy they only ripped me off for the fronts, and not the backs too.

We are in Colorado Springs on vacation and something was making a burning smell under the hood. When I looked I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I called Balta Auto Repair based off of Google reviews (15, 5 star reviews). I called around 3:45 and they closed at 6. Robert asked if it was urgent since they were very busy. I told him we were visiting from out of town and he told me to bring it right over. He took a look and told me the power steering fluid tank was too full. He then asked me for the keys and took out some fluid to bring it down to where it needed to be. He spent the time to tell me what was happening, and that there would be a smell until the fluid burned off, and did not charge me one cent! I am so greatful for Balta Auto Repair and Google users for their reviews!

Owning a Mini Cooper makes finding a skilled mechanic, as any European car owner may confirm, that much more difficult. For that reason, Balta Auto is one of the best things that ever happened to us. Honest - Yes! Doesnt under/oversell the job Fair Pricing - Yes! Less than the dealership, and no surprises Fast - Yes! We just needed a new part only available in Illinois or California. He said hed have it tomorrow and we could bring the car in the next day. Friendly - Yes! Whenever I bring the car in, they take time to talk with me, explain things, print pictures of parts, compare various options, and gauge how critical the job is. I HIGHLY recommend Balta Auto for your cars repairs and maintenance. Give them a call!

While on vacation our Excursion broke down and our tow service towed our vehicle there. Called the next day and the owner stated that he didnt realize the truck was a diesel and that he wasnt familiar those. He also stated that he probably could fix it but it would take a few days. And it may be a pump but he wasnt sure. So I called another shop, 30 minutes after the other shop had the truck it was fixed. It was a fuse. Not only did the other shop fix my truck they also ensured it was road ready for our trip home. Maybe Balta can handle small vehicles but if you have a tow vehicle dont bother.

My 2005 vw Jetta tdi started overheating for this car you also do timing belt because its all together I had several other issues as well. He fixed my car in 1 day and allowed me to pick up after hrs as I work till 7pm and over an hr outside Colorado Springs. If you own ANY car but especially a Euro car take it here, you will not be disappointed fast, quality work you get what you pay for and hes not even expensive all his work is warrantied, you messed up if you take your car elsewhere!!

One of the best! Robert, the owner, is a fantastic guy. He is very honest and helpful, and I have been treated with respect every time I have taken a vehicle to him. I have owned several Audis and BMWs and trust Balta with all of them. I have never been lied to about something that doesnt need to be done, and am always impressed with how well the problem is explained. From brakes to engine replacement, they have fair pricing and quick turnarounds. I would highly recommend this shop.

I called Balta about an issue with my car. Robert actually inquired about the problem and offered paths of solutions and potential problems without even seeing the car yet. I work on my own cars and could tell he knew what he was talking about. Brakes plus across the street quoted $85 just to "diagnose" the problem. I am always hesitant to take my car anywhere because it always gets damaged, or the mechanics have no idea how to work on Audi. Balta is a gem for Euro guys.

I have taken two cars there, a 03 landrover discovery and an 01 330i. The owner was always very honest about what was going on and what needed fixed. He wasnt just trying to take my money and say I should fix all sorts of things. The shop is very busy so you need to call and make an appointment, but he can usually get you in within 2-3 days. Definitely worth the wait though because he knows what hes talking about.

Robert and his crew have maintained and repaired our Escape, Forester, Pathfinder, Grand Cherokee. Robert always gives estimate, never exceeds it, explains options clearly and thoroughly. Vehicles in and out quickly, prices low. Kept after an unusual problem through several "interventions," saved me $hundreds$. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else, unless Robert said to. Baltas shop has earned my trust!

Flores Travel

They worked on my 95 range rover classic. Calling all around the springs no one wanted to help me out with my issue. Baltas told me they usually work on newer land rovers but they would gladly take a look. They actually fix my issue which was a transmission throw out cable. My rangie is now driving nicely! Would definitely recommend to any landy enthusiasts.

Was wondering how a place could have 5 stars with over 20 reviews. I now know. I took my bmw 335 there for an oil change and Robert took care of me. Much better prices than the dealership and he let me know about a few things I would need done to my car soon which I knew were coming up. Very trustworthy people Ill be recommending them.
