I had driven from my home in Atlanta Georgia to Denver for work. A couple miles from my hotel my 4Runner starts to shake and make a terrible noise, so I limp the rest of the way at a crawl. I spend the weekend at the hotel, afraid to drive and not knowing anone in town except the customers I had come to town to see. I Googled "auto shops near me" and tried to decide which one I should try to get to Monday morning. Pride Auto caught my attention, so before dawn I made the unnerving drive and waited in the parking lot till the shop opened. They took me to get a rental right away so I didnt miss my morning appointment. They diagnosed and fixed my car qickly so I could return the rental and keep my busy schedule. They were right where I needed them to be and went the extra mile to make sure I didnt waist my long 22 hour drive from Atlanta. They did great work at a fair price which is usually all you can hope for. But what makes these guys superior is how they treat the person. And that makes all the difference, especially when you are in a stressful situation. I would certainly recommend Pride to anyone. Thanks guys. Chris

Not Completely Straightforward! I brought my car to Pride Auto Care with a grinding problem with the brakes. They diagnosed the brake issue and told me I also needed new tires. I told them that was strange since they had just fixed a problem with one of my tires a few weeks ago and said my tires were fine for another year. I passed on the tires and asked them to fix the brakes. They called a few hours later and said there was actually another part that would need to be replaced and it would be an additional $100. We said fine. When we picked it up the next evening the engine idle sounded strange and the backend started bucking. I brought it in the next day and was told that a spark plug wire was worn and became disconnected and it was just a coincidence it happened immediately after they worked on my car. They also told me I needed to have the wires and cap replaced as well as a tune up which would be another $200. I passed. I do not think they were completely honest with me and I would expect after $900 of repairs to have my car run better than when I had brought it in.

I brought my FJ Cruiser to Pride Auto Care after having multiple issues elsewhere. Id read good reviews and decided to give them a try after they quoted me a fair price on the work I needed done. When I dropped my truck off I was surprised by how polite and friendly both Tanner and Chris were, and even more surprised with how quickly they got the work done (I needed new rear brakes, a re-alignment, and an entire new hub assembly on my front left wheel). On top of that, they were thorough but didnt attempt to upsell me or trick me into spending more money, and they didnt speak to me condescendingly because Im a woman... And the final price came in below their initial estimate. Overall I really enjoyed the experience - as much as one can enjoy having work done on their vehicle - and will continue to take my truck here.

My Infinity G37 suddenly sounded like an airplane while driving. I suspected a wheel bearing. I took it to the infinity dealer, they confirmed my fear and wanted 700 bucks, and told me my other wheel bearing was going bad as well. Ouch. I found Pride because they are close to my office and had good reviews. Took it to them, and they confirmed my bearing was bad, but said my other bearing was fine! (I had them check all of them). And, they beat the price by 300 bucks, and gave me a ride to my office when I dropped it off. The guys up front are funny, friendly energetic guys who took damn good care of me. They now have a new customer. 2 thumbs up.

My wife and I have used Pride for all our car maintenance needs since 2008. We used to live close by so it was convenient for us to take our cars there. We couldnt have been luckier to give them a shot all those years ago. Again and again they have shown and proven their honesty and competence. You wont be up-sold on products / services you dont need. My wife even feels comfortable going to the shop on her own, and I do too, knowing she wont be taken advantage of. Now that we have moved quite a ways away and pass many car repair shops on our way to Pride, it is worth the extra drive knowing that we are dealing with true professionals. Thanks Pride!

Extremely rude customer service. I took my car in to figure out why the check engine light was on as well as to fix the cruise control. I was told on the phone that both were fixed. I got my car and the engine light was still on so I took my car in the next day and was informed the light was never investigated and the $100 diagnostics test was to fix the cruise control? BUT DONT WORRY they wont charge you to turn of your light...so my light was merely turned off, I still dont know why it was on and he raised his voice at me asking what he was suppose to do....try apologizing!

We have two older vehicles and we really appreciate that they are trying to help us get the most mileage out of these vehicles that we can. Pride Automotive understands that the best way to have a long term business is a long term customer and it really has been evident over the last three years that we have been taking our vehicles for service. I trust their opinion on when a repair is urgent and when its a "budget to get this taken care of in the next few months." I recommend them to everyone who is looking for an honest auto repair place!

Couldnt recommend Kermit and the crew at Pride enough. They called to give me updates every step of the way and made me aware of all possibilities on what they may or may not find upon digging into my 07 Highlanders broken AC system. Dropped the car off on Friday at closing time, they worked on it Saturday and Monday and I was back on the road by EOD Monday. No hidden fees or surprises and just a super friendly staff to work with. Im grateful to have these guys just down the road from my apartment complex.

I took my car here and thought the price was really high so I called my regular mechanic and the parts alone were 85% cheaper. They like to use expensive parts that arent necessary and pass the bill onto you. They sound nice and friendly which is great but you lose patience really fast when it takes them 6 hours just to run diagnostics making you lose a whole day after you decide to take it somewhere else because theyre charging way too much.

While towing a large trailer on southbound I-25 near Arapahoe Road my diesel pickup lost its serpentine belt. I called my Good Sam club auto rescue service and they told me about Pride auto care only a quarter mile away from where I finally stopped. Pride immediately addressed and diagnosed my problem. The final cost was reasonable and the overall experience was perfect. Ill use them again and highly recommend them to others.
