Really good prices. Nice enough people but their communication is terrible. I took one of my cars in for tires and they never called me the whole day. After 6or 7 hours I called them and they said it was done just waiting to get an alignment check. So I said Id just come do that another day. Then a couple weeks later I bring my other car in and once again its there for 6 hours with no word from them. We call and they had to order in the tires and they still werent there. So they say they will call us and 3 more hours past and still nothing. So I just go there and they are still waiting but they are closing soon so I ask when they expect or if they will be able to today. They said they would be able to do it today so 15 minutes to their closing and still no word so we just head there because Im not going to leave my car sitting outside over night there if they werent able to do it. Luckily it was fine when we got there. Then i ask when I can make an appointment to get the alignment checked and he says to just bring it in in the morning. So I do. I dropped my car off at 9am. We havent heard anything at 2:30 so we call and check in and they have a car up on the rack thats waiting for parts and so they cant do any alignments till that happens. So we give it more time. And 2 hours later I came in. They still havent got the parts. I took my keys and wont be back. Heres the problems. First absolutely NO communication with me. Had I been given the choice I would have just come back another day instead of spending a day without a car when Im trying to get things done. Second poor management of their resources. I may not understand how it works in a shop but to be its just a wasted resource if a car sits on a rack all day and instead of getting maybe 5 alignments fine while waiting in parts you in fact frustrate the customers and lose some.

Bait and Switch I called to price the cost of a thrust alignment. I was told 69.95; this was acceptable. CCCC was nearby and on my way to work. I have received excellent care when I bought tires from them twice in the past before they became CCCC. I made the appointment for 2 PM on 7/31. I was not feeling well because of my whiplash and concussion caused during an accident. I arrived a little early for the appointment because I had to be someplace by 4PM. My history with auto care centers is that it always takes a lot longer that told. I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It was my mistake for making a snide remark about comparing an alignment to a doctor’s appointment. My head and neck was hurting and I didn’t chuckle or even smile when making the remark. Customer service was fine. I was expecting an hour and a half even though I had been told an hour when making the appointment. Within the hour the guy at the counter told me the alignment was done. He explained to me the problem with my rear tires. He was treating me exactly the way I was treating him, with indifference. His explanation was to protect CCCC. Everything was fine until he told me the alignment cost was 79.95. I thought that because of the concussion I was mistaken about the 69.95. I was not; I found the note at home where I had written the cost and time of the appointment. Maybe there is a 10.00 dollar surcharge for getting the alignement completed on time. It has taken me a while to write or complain because of my injuries but I will not be returning to this place of business. I give them two stars because I cannot trust their over-the-phone estimates.

I would just like to write how awesome of an experience Colorado Car Care Center has been for not just myself, but for my partner as well. We moved out to Colorado in January and my jeep broke down shortly after the drive cross country. I had got my Jeep towed to a Jeep Dealership nearby and was lied to, and they tried ripping me off and wanted me to pay over $2,000 to have my Jeep repaired, their diagnosis was that everything was wrong. I would like to ad I am not a car person and could easily be ripped off. My boyfriend hear from a friend to go to Colorado Car Care and we figured give it a shot. After getting my Jeep was Towed to Colorado Car Care, we first spoke with Matt who extremely welcoming and friendly! They fixed my Jeep, they were honest about everything, it was $30 to repair total. They explained I needed a new transmission filter. Again, as a person who does not know anything about cars, and could have been ripped off coming here was a great choice. I have not had any other mechanical issues with my Jeep. My apartment complex was doing construction and I rode over nails 2x and brought my Jeep to Colorado Car Care both times. I live off Colorado Blvd, I could easily go to several shops nearby, BUT I wont go anywhere except here from now on. Its a 20 - 30 minute distance for me but 100% worth the travel. My boyfriend had electrical issues with his Mazda and they were so helpful and honest. I I would recommend anyone to go to Colorado Car Care Center. The owner Kyle is a great person. We feel extremely lucky to have found this car shop.

Ive had some bad experiences at auto shops, but nothing like this. I took my car to them three times to have one thing fixed. Three times! After three times, nothing changed. My car had a coolant leak, so I figured Id take it somewhere I havent been and see what they would say. The first time, everything went fine, and they said the problem was solved, at the cost of almost 500 dollars. After about a week or so, it was still leaking, so I took it back. They said they were gonna tighten some clamps and have it ready. After about six hours, I heard nothing from them. I called to see what was going on with my car, and he said they hadnt even looked at it yet. So, after I realized the problem still wasnt solved, I took it back yet again because the car was under warranty and I wanted it fixed, especially after spending over 400 dollars. I told Matt that the car was still leaking and I wanted it fixed before my apartment complex noticed it was leaking. He says "Just park in different spots man." I was not amused. So after another half day of waiting, he tells me that the water pump is whats leaking, and that theres nothing they can do, so he suggests I go somewhere else. Needless to say, I will never go back to this shop again.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Colorado Car Care! My whole family uses them for their cars and trucks and we wouldnt go anywhere else. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest and fair with their prices and never charge any "bogus" fees. They know us by name and are quick and efficient to diagnosis any problems we may be having. Recently had the check engine light come on in my truck and the wheel was vibrating, something was definitely wrong. The guys at the center said that a coil was loose and that was causing the misfire and the problems I was having. My husband went to pick up the truck, they handed him the keys, and said youre good to go! No charge! Unlike others places they could have charged us for labor, maintenance, etc and who knows what else, but they didnt! Will always recommend this center to everyone I know and I will not trust or take my car to any other mechanic. Its like having a doctor or a hair dresser, you only trust one person and one person only...I will only trust these guys with my truck!! Very pleased overall with everything they offer.
