Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with any repair shop. My car was in their shop for almost 6 weeks. For the first 5 weeks it sat outside in the elements waiting for them to do the repairs. When they did start the repairs they rushed through them and did not pay attention to details, both minor and major. Bumper fitment was way off, they had scratched parts they removed and put them back on without even attempting to buff out the scratches. The window tint in the rear window was scratched when they put the window down with the tailgate smashed in - (they would eventually accuse me of lying saying it was that way). I left the vehicle there the first time I attempted to pick it up and it took them an additional week to TRY to correct those issues. When I went back the second time they had corrected most of the issues, but there was still issues with the bumper fitment. That night they took my car back into their shop and I waited an hour while they attempted fixing it. I took delivery of my vehicle and continued to notice things that they messed up or missed. They installed the wrong window trim on the tailgate and that left huge voids where water would get in the tailgate. There were bolts left off of bumper pieces. I absolutely refused to take my car back to them (and they will NEVER work on another of my vehicles) so my insurance company had me take it to another shop. Beyond the amateur repairs, the customer service is what absolutely upset me. They only reason I went to Jordan Rd Carstar is because my insurance company recommended them - and it was a mistake! They are simply a volume repair shop - they crank out the cars without taking care of the details. Just trying to pass off sub-par repairs and collect the insurance payment.....

I toook my car in for hail damage. Granted I needed to wait a while to get my vehicle in because there were so many cars in the area affected. Glad I waited! A few days later I decided that I needed to retrieve some items. When I went back the lady at the front desk knew who I was and even remembered the style RX I have. Quite impressed. When I call, they really make me feel like I am their only customer. Being taken care of being made to feel special is a good feeling. Will refer everyone I can to this location. Thanks CarStar

One of the worst body shop I have ever deal with. Unable to deliver vehicle on time as promised. It took almost 3 weeks after the original completion date to get my vehicle back. When requested for the rental/loaner vehicle after my rental coverage was expired. They flat out declined. Experience with the manger was even worst. He didnt listen to customers concerns, refused to resolve the situation and wanted to escalate the problem when it was already worst.

Stay away from this place! I had an appointment that I was early for I was told to just wait. They would get to me when they had time. After 20 minutes past my appointment I asked how much longer and they informed me when they got off the phone I was next. I never received a estimate. They sent it directly to the insurance and wanted $1K to buff out a scratch that was approximately 4 inches. REALLY! Poor Poor Service and staff.

I have been using Jordan Road Carstar for over 5 years. They have fixed 2 of my personal vehicles and have fixed several of my clients vehicles. I have never received one complaint and they people there are incredibly friendly. I received regular updates and my vehicle was fixed right the first time and on time. Highly recommended!!

Went in for an estimate, met with me right on the appointed time. Matt Meganck was the appraiser working on my Range Rover, he looked at my car damage asked how much time I had right now. I believe that that are professional and take the time to make sure that your car if involved in a collision that they break it down to make sure that it can be fixed and if not totaled out. I have already recommend them to a friend & Family member.
