Brian (my service adviser) was amazing and professional. Even when we had a slight hiccup in the services due to an issue with the door handle he made sure that everything was taken care of. (The manager was also involved and took care of the small issue. I dont recall his name but he rectified the issue, which included ordering a part, following up with myself and making sure my vehicle was in top notch condition.)In addition, the vehicle looks better than before my accident. Workmanship looks great and there is a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. My service adviser was Brian, who was very professional, articulate and thorough from the beginning to the end. In addition, the front office staff was really nice. This included Scott, when went out of his way to ensure that my customer service expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much Brian and Scott.

This place needs some serious help. I was told by, who I am guessing is the manager, that he would call me as soon as my car hit the shop... Never got a call. This wasnt quite a bother to me, but I called them just to make sure everything was running well, and it was, so I asked how close to the quote they were going to get. Now, I understand that theyre not going to call about every dime that it will be over, but they were over the estimate by 25%. Are you kidding me? And then, as if I needed more to complain about, they didnt call me on the day they said my car would be done. So I call the next day. It was done two days before, and they failed to call and tell me that it was ready. TL;DR - Dont use this place if you want integrity from the shop working on your car. And as a side note, shame on Allstate for recommending this establishment so high.

Hate to post these reviews, Worst service ever I had in my life. My insurance All state recommended this place for repairs and gave me estimate of $4,100.00 and 9 days for repairs but instead they took one month 30 days and over $8,000.00 for repairs. Their service is very bad and General Manager never called me back despite of leaving two messages with their receptionist Bridget and talking to repairman Peter several times and making at least 6 visits to their place. Need less to say I am totally dissatisfied with their service and customer service. I will surely not recommend this to any body. I should have taken my black Lexus to the dealer but since Allstate Rep was sitting right their at the spot and highly recommended this shop. I do not want to say more than this. On Jun 30, talked to Pam to schedule my repair and was given an Aug. 1 appt. Brought my car on July 31 and I was helped by Rob Stynski. To my disappointment, Rob said I was not on the board. But thru his persistence, he researched and found that the part for my vehicle was already received. With the help of Gary, they said that they will honor my appt. and will try to work it in despite their busy schedule. Rob was professional all throughout the process and was sorry for the scheduling mix-up which was not his fault. The shop finished my car in 4 days with excellent workmanship. This review could have been a one star at the start but easily converted to 5 stars at the end. Good JOB !!!

Had my vehicle repair by Service King. Was good in the past but i dont know whats going on now. 1st vehicle: Scheduling and contacting was easy and smooth. Repair and service was top notch at the time. 2nd vehicle: I called over 10 times now (at different hours each time morning/afternoon) because I wanted to go through Service King again. I just called 15 minutes before I left this review. Each time I called no one picked up the phone. I decided to go elsewhere, because the competitor next door picked up each time. Would be 5 stars if they would pick up the phone.

I had a great experience here, All State referred me and Sterling took over from there i was expecting a one month repair and got my car back in 2 and a half weeks and it looks like nothing ever happened to it, my vehicle is a 2009 Infinit G37, not the easiest cars to work on but wow they did incredible and i will always return there for any more body work in my future with this or any other car i own. Thank you especially to Brian for keeping me informed at all time as to what the status of my repairs were i really appreciate all the hard work they did;.

I had 2 of my vehicles done at this shop. Both times were awesome , they were professional. They informed me around-the-clock at what level of the repair process my vehicle was at. If I ever have a 3rd time I would 110% take it there. They go the extra mile . They even put a life time warranty on all repairs done, that is a great feeling to have . And they always seem to have a lot of cars at there shop at all times . So they must be doing something right

Terrible workmanship and there were new scratches all over my car when I got it back. It took almost a month to repair hail damage, and I was given the wrong information about the stage of repair my car was in on multiple occassions. This situation is still not resolved, but depending on how the resolution is handled I may change my rating. I would not reccommend this shop at all at this point!

We dropped our car off on Wednesday and they initially stated they would try to have it done by Friday or beginning of the following week. Well they contacted us the next day and the car was ready. The work looked great and they even vacuumed and detailed our car. We were very pleased with our experience from Service King.

Worst service I have ever had in my life!!! There is a new general manager there named keith and he should be running a mcdonalds. He threatened to fight me in the parking lot and didnt own up to the shops word. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!! I would recommend never going here.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Johnathan Mascarenas! Very prompt and professional. The turn around on my repair was just over 24 hours. Huge bonus....they detailed my car. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
