My job requires me to be on the road so much that I drive about a thousand miles a week, if not more. The little Ranger that gets me around and lets me break into houses and cars all over the Springs has had myriad problems ranging from timing belt issues to brake pads grinding to dust to the fuel tank leaking, all of which sounded the death knell for my income, but Honest Accurate has taken care of them all. Its been a bit pricey, but for these repairs to be taken care of in the space of a day rather than over the course of a week means everything to me. I can bring my truck in and have it back as soon as humanly possible, all the while writing everything done to it off as a business expense. And to top it off, the staff is friendly. They remember my name (might have something to do with the frequency of my visits, but its still uncommon), they dont mind taking the time to explain how things work, and there is free candy and soda in the lobby. When I couldnt get a rental car because I dont own any credit cards, they rented it for me and put it on my bill. When I left my $1300 tax refund in my truck, the envelope wasnt even opened. When I went in the last time they offered me a loan vehicle so I wouldnt have to miss work. If youve got the money, definitely choose HA.

Honest Accurate is one of the best automotive shops in Colorado Springs. Ive tried many different shops over the years, and this is the most consistently great place Ive found. They are honest and straightforward about needed repairs, and dont try and talk you into repairs that arent really needed. They are responsive and actually call you to give you status updates on your vehicle (I cant tell you how many shops it seems that you always have to be the one to initiate the call). They arent the cheapest in town...Id say they are middle-of-the-road in pricing...but one thing Ive learned after many years of getting cars repaired is you get what you pay for! Its worth a slightly higher price to get an excellent repair and solid service. The shuttle service is handy, and they also have a comfortable waiting room if you want to wait for your service. Most importantly, all the repairs done on our vehicles have been top-notch, with no residual issues. Our cars run great and I walk away confident that we arent going to have unforeseen issues or residual problems. Overall we couldnt be happier, and this will be our automotive shop for life!

I took in my mazda 3 bc of check engine light. Spent $700 in total. they said that theyll resolve it in 3 troubleshooting steps. The 3rd was a software update, they left me a voicemail saying they could not complete and that Ill have to take it to mazda dealership to complete. They said that they called mazda for to wave the diagnosis fee every car place has (like the one I all ready paid.) but after calling mazda they said they never received a call and they dont wave fees either you have to pay it or the car shop... so I would reframe from taking your foreign car there. Also this place blows up your email with there ads, this was a year back but I sat on the car for along time Because I got a new one, But when I was getting it repaired today made me think how ridiculous this whole situation was. I knew the story sounded little fishy in the voicemail they left me. When I called back In the guy was super professional but was insisting Doing a retest, also he claimed they knew how to do the software..... my common logic is if you do know then you want the money..So I dont trust this place moving on..

We were traveling through Colorado Springs on our way through the mountains when my BMW started having brake and steering issues. I called Honest Accurate and spoke with Bola (a man quite familiar with BMWs). He knew exactly what the issue was and, despite having no availability that day, fit the appointment in as a standby and was able to repair the car that day. We were back on the road as if nothing had happened. So grateful to Bola and Honest Accurate for their help! It can be unnerving to need automotive service in a different state, but if you are ever traversing through Colorado Springs, know that you will find a trustworthy technician at Honest Accurate.

Rip off artists. I went in for a coolant flush, and they called me and said that my radiator was busted and tried to charge me for a brake pad replacement (~$250) as well, which I didnt ask for in the first place. I told them not to do that, and they topped off my coolant for the low price of $70. What a steal! Not. My family and I have been going to this shop for over 10 years. This doesnt seem very "honest" or "accurate" to me. I know that I can top off my coolant for $8 myself. I didnt need to pay $50 for labor that I couldve done. Never go to this shop. They take advantage of people who dont know cars.

Not Honest or Accurate! Brought in my vehicle because I knew it needed brakes, inspection came back with A LOT of "needed" work, claiming all 4 brakes needed replacing and at a cost that was equal to the dealership pricing. I declined the work, went to the dealership and had the work done, but the caveat is that the work this place claimed was "needed" the dealership inspection showed was not needed. Bottom line, I went to the dealership, I received better (honest) treatment, way better customer service AND it cost less! I recommend going to the auto dealership and seeing for yourselves.

Eh. My boyfriend took my car in for a simple oil change. I have to get my oil changed every 5500 miles, so its pricier than a regular 3000 oil change- but he walked out with a $80 bill. Absolutely ridiculous. The Mazda dealership charges less than that. My car is a 3 year old car. I changed the battery last year and Ive always kept up on schedule maintenance- yet the mechanic told my boyfriend I needed a new battery AND even suggested I needed to buy a new car since we just moved here from Florida. A new car? I bought my car 3 years ago brand new. These people are out of their minds.

You wont find a better mechanic. I walked in one day with what appeared to be metal on metal on my front brakes. I asked for a brake job, and Randy asked me to hold a few minutes, put my car up on the lift, and returned to the counter. He placed a rock on the counter and informed me that it was embedded in the brake pad, and that my brakes had plenty of life on them. I asked how much I owed, and he smiled and said nothing. Ive never been anywhere else, and neither should you.

Fantastic. I took my Ford Escape here for a second opinion after getting a ridiculous estimate from a dealer. They diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the problem for about $2k less than the dealers incorrect diagnostic. They were fantastic to communicate with throughout the repair and their shop was very clean and professional. I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles here in the future, over any of the dealers in the area. Thanks Honest Accurate!
