WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!!! I scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 6:00PM on Monday because I NEEDED it done THAT NIGHT!!! I show up five minutes early for my appointment, only to find out their alignment tech leaves at 4PM! If you cant do the alignment, you shouldnt schedule an appointment at that time. Of course, it was already 6 in the evening, and no one else could do the alignment because they were all already closed, and Im now COMPLETELY screwed. I call their customer service line (after wasting a half hour trying to find someone who can do the alignment last minute with no luck) and the person on the other end tells me there is nothing they can do other than escalate it to the area manager. This takes 1-2 business days, leaving me up a creek with no canoe, let alone a paddle.... Thanks a LOT Tiresplus, thanks for nothing!

These guys are seriously awesome! After some rough experiences in the Denver area with other shops, I was surprised by my experience here. They are super nice, and there to help you. I was quoted almost $200 from Midas to take off a lug nut, and they did it for free here! Barry helped me out, answered all of my questions and then some. He gave me a deal on tires and was really doing everything he could to help. They squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and even stayed after close to finish up my car! Awesome place!

Had a small issue with them forgetting the rotation done called back and Rick said come in next day anytime. I did he went back and did it himself and car was done immediately. Great customer service makes up for alot. Especially considering how busy they were and the long list of minor things they had to do the first day. Would definitely recommended especially considering my experiences at other shops when an issue arises. Thanks Rick!

i when to get my power steering done and it took then 6 drop offs to get it done. The manager Howard also told me i needed like $4000 worth of work done and i took it to a different auto shop and they told me he was lying to me i need like $145 of work and thats it. i believe they purposely didnt fix my car right the 1st time so they can continue to charge me

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They took my car in to change the oil. Had it for an hour and charged me almost $80. Which is fine whatever as long as it was done right I dont care. Come to find out THEY didnt change the oil at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CROOKED SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!never go here unless you want to blow up your engine.

If you need anything more than tires this is not the place to go. Twice I have had an alignment by them and within a few weeks it was out again, must be their "you didnt get a warranty" specialty. I also had windshield wiper repair that also broke again within six months. Quality is lacking at this shop BEWARE

People who dont know many things about their car or cars in general should NOT go here. They dont inspect your vehicle properly or throughout and they give you made up measurements because they dont know anything other then tires. Engine, transmission and brake work should not be trusted one hundred percent.

This place is amazing! They went above and beyond to assist me when no one else would. I was stranded with a flat tire and and they came to help. Special thanks to Rudy who so kindly came to help me. He was very professional, nice, and totally saved the day!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent service! This location has one of the friendliest automotive staff I have ever worked with. They explained what they were doing, gave me approximate times and quoted very competitive prices. I will be coming back for any automotive repair or maintenance they provide.

Had my oil changed on my 2010, the service tech left a large smear of oil all over the cloth interior of the drivers door, and on the center console arm rest. the gear shifter was also covered in oil. very sloppy work, no quality control. extremely short staffed.

The charge me $124 dollars on a $ 28 dollar part AND THAT NOT INCLUDING LABOR the really ripped me off they even said it was a car quest part and the most they charge for that part is $28 dollars not $124 DONT GO HERE. WILL NOT recommend this place no ANYONE.

You have to wait a day or two to get your tires balanced and rotated on tires you bought there previously but, if youre there to buy new tires they get you out of there in 2 hours. I guess they subscribe to the "new customers only" policy.

After what can only be described as the worst day ever, my poor mom blew a tire on the highway. With every tire place closed Rudyard at tires plus stayed late and waited for us to get there not to mention they were the cheapest

Same story as David... But the guys name is Ruby. He stayed late because he could not stand to leave some one stranded on the highway. I do not think he knew what a savior he really was. If you go... please ask for Rudy!

I asked to have a main leak fixed and ended up paying for three other things they said were the biggest problems. Checked my oil today and Im down to a quart in the span of a week... yeah my main problem wasnt fixed.

Great place they go above and beyond. Had a recall on tires they not only replaced the tires but gave an upgrade to even better tires. I will always go here for my car needs!
