After the Meineke in Boulder sent me away TWICE because of issues with a coupon I was trying to use, I had to make the trek to the Longmont Meineke. My experience there was nothing like my experience in Boulder; it was incredibly positive! The new manager, Louis, was very kind and understanding. He explained to me that the coupon I was trying to make work would not cover synthetic oil (which my vehicle needs), and when I told him I wouldnt be able to afford the oil change without the coupon he came out to my car and inspected the oil himself. Thanks to him I learned that I can wait a while before changing my oil, and deferring this cost was a relief! He also gave me helpful tips for cleaning my windshield wipers which have been seriously bothering me. I confess to not knowing much about cars, even my own, so every experience like this is a learning one for me. It was so nice to receive help from someone in this industry who didnt make me feel like an idiot for not already knowing the answers to the questions I had. Thank you Louis! When it is time to get my oil changed, I will definitely be back.

I cannot believe I have to write a terrible review regarding getting my oil changed. There were only a couple cars so they said they would have it ready in 45 minutes, we came back and they had the hood open sitting in the parking lot. I went to pay the manager and typical of service places he wanted to tell me all the things wrong that I needed fixed. All of this was fine and dandy. The issue occurred when I told him we needed to leave as it was our wedding weekend and had plans. I let him know I would take the suggestions he gave me and bring it to my car guy and try and get a lower quote. The manager acted in an extremely unprofessional way by questioning me intensely about my choice. After I told him that I was not interested he walked away before we could go pay, resulting in 20 more minutes of us just waiting around while he talked to someone else. I will never come back. I hope your rudeness was worth it. As a manager I expected more, all I got was a winy little boy pouting because I said no. Ridiculous.

I needed an alignment so I drove up this morning, with no appointment, little to no gas left in the bronco, and in a little bit of a time crunch in order to not be late for work. The parking lot was full and I felt the hope of getting the alignment done today shrink a little smaller. I walked in and the man said theyd try to get it done before they close and if she ran out of gas he would push it into the shop. I stopped by on my lunch break (2 hours later) and to my surprise the bronco was already lifted and getting worked on. Even more surprised to find out, there were only two of them in the shop today! On the drive home from work, i notice a big difference in control on the bronco. Ill come back here for future check ups, these guys are nice.

I recently went to Meineke for a second opinion after taking my Subaru Outback to Subaru of Longmont. I was given a list of over $2000 dollars of items that needed to be replaced that were fine when I had my car in 2 months prior. John and the team at Meineke looked the car over and found that nearly half of what Subaru of Longmont claimed was bad and immediately needed to be replaced was perfectly fine. On top of saving me over a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs, Meineke did the repairs that did need it for considerably less than what I was quoted at Subaru. Dealerships tend to work on commission I highly recommend you see these guys first before you go to a dealership.

This place charged more than other places and did not perform some services that I asked them to which resulted in me lossing half a days of work because my car could not start. The free roadside assistance is a joke. They first quoted me 45min when I called them then after nobody showed I contacted them again then they quoted me a 4 hour wait. I question the quality of the service that I received and the thoroughness in which they inspected my car. On top of all that they quoted me a 2-3 hour service time on my car but it ended up taking about 5 hours. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you dont really like that person.

I had just recently bought my car and it started misfiring and I, as someone who doesnt know much about cars, thought it was done for. But once I took it to Lewis (the manager at this location) it was good as new, for a price that wasnt my arm and leg. Ive had horrible experiences with mechanics and was scared to hear what was wrong with my car and how much, but the price wasnt bad at all for how big I THOUGHT my problem was, turned out to be nothing serious at all. Im very happy with the service done on my car. Good, and honest people work at this location and I dont see myself taking my car anywhere else from here on out!

My first time at this meineke was in February. The mechanics were so helpful. I was only there for an oil change but they looked at everything on my car and told me what to fix and the order it should be fixed. I knew immediately that I liked them. Then just recently my car broke down in the middle of the night. I had the car towed to meineke first thing in the morning. I called at 7 am before they opened and left a voice mail explaining what happened. The manager welcomed my car and started working on it right away. Ive felt like I was number 1 every time I have gone to this shop. I honestly trust them.

These guys are great, I had brought my car there after a different shop had given me a ridiculous diagnostics and said I had to replace soe big parts for a lot of money, OVER $1200 IN REPAIRS! I took it to Meineke to see if they coud beat their price, but Lewis said he would want to see the vehicle himself before he would give me an estimate, fair enough. He came back after an hour and said my car was fine, it was just a loose connection, which they totally fixed.... Wow they could have had me for the original work and charged me way more. There`s a great value to honesty that is rare in the indusrty.

I have been to this Meineke 3 times now including today. It started a few months back with a free oil change on Veterans day. Today, I brought in my nephews truck for bake work and spoke to them about my brake work. I told the manager there, John Russell, about my experience there with the other manager, Matt. I told John the reason he got this order was the extreme courtesy and professionalism I had been treated with on my previous visits. I could tell the honesty and kindness was real and worthy of my trust and further business. I WILL be back! Be well! Doug Bergman
