We have used All American Auto twice and have had great experiences both times. The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and its clear they care about their customers. We had one of our cars break a timing belt, and when we took it to another car repair place, they told us it would need a whole new engine. That wasnt in our budget at the time, so we waited and got by with just one car between my wife and myself. A few weeks after that our only working vehicle busted the water pump. Our car was parked around the corner from the shop and one of the staff members nicely came over to take a look at it about 5 mins before they closed. I took the car over in the morning and found out that the owner had talked to that staff member and based on what he said, he decided it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, so he had ordered one right away and it was there the next day when I brought my car in. I consider that great customer service! They were so nice to do that when they knew this was our only car and we have a very busy schedule and cant afford to be without transportation. Not to mention we didnt have an appointment and they fit our car in during the day so wed have it by the afternoon. When we finally took the broken timing belt vehicle over for service, they fit it in within a few days and to our surprise, they found only the timing belt needed to be replaced and it did not need a whole new engine like the other repair place had said. What a huge relief! We are just disappointed we didnt bring it to All American Auto in the first place rather than limping along with one vehicle. We love All American Auto and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Locally owned and operated, friendly owners and staff, great customer service, fair pricing - you just dont find all of that in car repair shops that often! Keep up the great work All American Auto, we will definitely be back for all of our car repairs.

I had a 1988 Ford Ranger that started making a strange noise that came from the area of the transmission. I called a repair shop and after describing the problem I was told that it was probably the clutch that was going bad, and the repair cost would be around $1100. I decided to try another auto repair shop and called AAA and got Mark, the owner. I described the problem. He said to bring it in and he would take a look at it. I did, and Mark heard the noise; then crawled under the truck. A couple of minutes later he crawled back out and said that it was not the clutch but a loose bracket on the catalytic converter. He fixed it on the spot. The charge was three dollars! That was in the late 90s. I have been his customer ever since. Mike Sullivan

Mark is the nicest, most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He was recommended to me by two different people who have used him for years and have nothing but great things to say about All American. Mark fixes only what needs to be fixed and charges a very fair price ($10 for the last repair - from not working to fully functional for $10!).

My college sons vehicle broke down coming home and we didnt know where to have it towed since were not from the area. We took a gamble and called All American Auto Repair. Not only were they extremely courteous and knowledgeable, the truck was repaired the next business day and at an extremely reasonable rate. 100% recommended!

I prefer to perform my own auto maintenance, but there are some larger repairs that have been beyond my abilities or time. I have been to AAA several times in the past six years. Mark has been fair, honest, and stands by his work. I highly recommend AAA for your auto repair needs.
