Women-----DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL NOT DO AS THEY SHOULD and will try to RIP YOU OFF. Got a card in the mail today with a great deal for an Oil Change. Card stated tire rotation, top all fluids, filter and Oil. I called 1 week ahead of time to make an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. At 11am the day of my morning appointment I had to called to check on my car - it had not been looked at yet and was told it should be ready at Noon. So far not impressed! I get there to pick up my car and was told that it need over 3K in repairs, funny thing is every single repair had already been done in the recent 6m-1 year - they were all BullS!@#. I went out to the car and they did NOT rotate the tires nor did they top ANY of the fluids. How do I know because I marked the tires- Im tired of getting screwed! Then a day later I have an oil leak never had one before until they touched my car. I even had to go buy fluids since they didnt top those off as my coolant light came on the very next day. Its a shame they couldnt do a simple oil change correct my car is getting older and needs work at least 1-2 times a year and they will never work on my car! I will never and would never recommend this place to anyone. As I was leaving there was another customer coming back saying something wasnt done right on his car more proof this was not the place to put my money into. A REAL mechanic knows they dont need to lie about unnecessary repairs, all cars need fixing and if you do a good enough job people will return- A GOOD mechanic should also be able to tell if the part needs to be replaced and not just suggest it because its time - they wanted me to get a timing belt and motor mounts both replaced in the last 6 months at a much more trustworthy mechanic unfortunately I moved to far to take it back so thats how i end up trying this place! I wont get screwed again and thats why I always give mechanics small jobs first if you cant do the small jobs right you definitely wont do the big jobs right. KMotion also stated I had a major oil leak so I took the day off and took it to 2 different places both check it out and said there is NO major leak and the first place even replace the bad plug (that kmotion did) and likley cause the oil leak.- and did it for FREE.

K-Motion offers the best alignment service anywhere! I own The Edge Automotive a few blocks away, and in building Jeeps, Land Rovers, Rock Crawlers and various other 4x4s a correct alignment is critical after each build we complete. After trying a dozen shops that "claim" to know how to properly align a lifted vehicle, I was referred to James at K-Motion. I have to say, hes a very experienced technician in all facets of repair, and an expert in alignment technology. Its often not only about getting the vehicle "in the green" on the alignment rack, its much more than that when it comes to a lifted vehicles geometry. James gets that, and applies his knowledge to every thing he does. Ken is extremely knowledgeable, informative and always keeps me posted as to the progress of any one job. Jim is always available to answer questions, and has built a very honest business in the highest standard of integrity with an outstanding staff. I highly recommend K-Motion to all my friends who have European, Japanese or American vehicles for any service or alignment needs. You wont find a better shop, or more reasonable cost!

First off let me say I think possibly the folks bad mouthing K-Motion here most likely work for the competition, nuff said there. My wife first started using one of the mechanics at K-M in the mid 80s when he worked at Swedens Pride in Sheridan, Stuart was always helpful, friendly and if we didnt have enough money to pay for all the work needed on our cars, would always help us prioritize the must be fixed now, from the nice to fix but youre ok for a while, truly loyal customers of Swedens Pride we were. It was sad when we heard SP was closing so the owner could retire, but with all sad news come the good, Stuart would be be working and still close by at K-Motion. he still treats us very fairly, helps prioritize and since weve been decades long customers also get a discount off their already very competitive prices. Every car weve owned as adults has always been cared for by this man - when he decides to retire Im sure well continue to go to K-Motion because Im certain that any place he would turn a wrench has got to be a special place. -

Extremely over priced and not very thorough. We spent $2000 to replace the clutch, change the oil, replace the tailpipe, and the starter. Upon receiving this estimate the clerk who is assisting us neglected to notice that the tailpipe needed to be replaced even though it was on his sheet. Then I had to bring my car back because I was still having power drain issues which should have been solved by the starter. They found a few more problems with it they didnt seem to notice before. When I got my estimate I was appalled by the fact that the alternator they said that they would have to replace was going to cost $430 when you can purchase the alternator for 180 plus the core charge. Then they said they were going to charge me $150 to replace the tail shaft seal. When you go to OReilly this part is $8. Definitely rip off do not go here.

Quality Quality Quality. Not to mention quick and reliable. I have been a devoted customer since 2000. I brought my 95 Mustang in for a leak I discovered in my garage. These guys saved me tons of $$$. I called 4 other places that quoted me 4 times as much (mostly in labor). I love supporting my local small businesses, especially when I get get to feel like I am getting a steal of a deal. they had my car back to me within a week and even lent me a loaner car while I was without a vehicle. I had always been a DYIer until I found these guys! after all why should I roll around on the cold garage floor when these guys get it done better than I could anyway! Keep it up guys!

Quality Service at a fraction of the cost I ditched the dealership when I found the same quality of service at a fraction of the cost at K-Motion. I have found them to be friendly and honest. They will show me the work they perform on my 125k volvo, even putting the car on the lift if necessary. On one occasion when my heater stopped functioning because of a disconnected conduit, their solution was a simple clamp to re-attach the part for a total part cost of $7.50. You can bet the dealer would have replaced the whole attachment at a cost of hundreds of dollars. The place is not fancy, but Ill gladly pocket the savings and enjoy the quality.
