Summary: work done was nothing special, customer service lacking I have mixed feelings about this shop. Based on good reviews, I decided to try this shop for a second opinion about an alignment problem after another shop had recommended installing a control bar to correct a supposed problem. Ended up paying $90 for an alignment only, about $10 cheaper than what the local dealership was charging. Assuming the work holds up (to be determined), its still less than the $275 that had been estimated for the control bar. The major negatives were the customer service, long delay, and complete lack of communication. It seems a lot of the reviews here and on Google raving about personalized and caring customer service come from long-standing customers. Unfortunately, as a new customer, I cant say I experienced the same at all; I wonder if the shop is resting on their past laurels and reputation too much and not putting as much effort into new business, given that they already have an apparently loyal customer base. In all, it took 6 hours to get what should at most have been 1-2 hours of work done. Things started badly when they didnt have a record of my appointment that Id called for the day before, so I was told to expect things to take a couple hours. 3 hours pass, and when I call to check, my car is "next" to go up on the rack, and it shouldnt take more than another 1-1.5 hours; no apologies and no further explanation were given. After another 2 hours pass (now 5 hours since I dropped the car off), I call again, and Im told my car is "next"...again. Only after asking why its taking so long am I told that apparently they had an equipment problem that was backing things up. When asked why there had been no communication about the delay, the answer was "I dont know" and that since I didnt take down the names of who had messed up my appointment or who I had spoken to at the 3 hour mark, there wasnt anything to be done to improve things. I never had the sense that the shop cared at all that Id wasted my whole afternoon waiting on them; if theyd informed me about the delay in a timely fashion, instead of making me drag it out of them, I could have made alternate plans. Since I had taken their original "couple hours" at their word, I was in a holding pattern for much of the day, especially since I didnt want to impose on my friend to keep driving me around with delay after delay. The part that annoys me the most is that there was never any actual apology offered, just "hey it wasnt our fault". Im not sure Id come back to this shop.

My dad and I have been taking our cars there for years with nothing but excellent service. Until, this most recent visit when I needed to have my head gaskets replaced. They quoted me $2500 for the repair and informed me they would call when they got the initial tests done in order to ensure I wanted to proceed with the repair. I was not called after the tests, had to call them 2 days after they told me they would call me. Then, on the day they initially told me my car would be ready I hadnt heard from them so I had to call them back again only to be told it would be an additional 4 days until my car would be ready. Finally, when I picked up my car, after explaining to them my frustrations, the final bill was $2800, $300 higher than the initial quote, which is a significant amount of money on an EMTs low hourly wage. The mans excuse as to why I wasnt called two different times was that they were opening a new location. I have not decided whether I will return after taking my car here exclusively here for 9 years.

Pride Auto Care goes above and beyond for their customers! Our recently-purchased car broke down at 5:55pm on a Friday. They were so helpful on the phone even though Im sure they were getting reading to close that night. Gave me the name of a reliable towing company (which they fronted the $$ for so I didnt have to wait for the tow truck to arrive) and told me to have it towed to their Broadway location that evening, they would look at it first thing Sat. AM. Handled everything perfectly, plus gave the car a thorough checkup to see what else we might be surprised about in the immediate future. They are so good at what they do, from dealing with their customers to giving you the best service for the best possible price. They have customers for life in this family, we recommend them to everyone we know! Honest, dependable and absolutely GREAT at what they do--A++++

Brought a vehicle in to this location for a pre purchase inspection bc buyer has used this shop in past, findings from inspection were minimal but some red flags came up when they tried to say the oil was dirty and old, when it was fresh and changed only 400 miles prior. Called shop and they said they notated oil as dirty and black because there was no oil change sticker.... Id think for a pre purchase inspection that their customer is paying for that they would actually check the dip stick. Some of the items found seemed valid but going to another 3rd party inspection because some of the issues they brought up were false and I personally feel they had personal bias against the brand vehicle being inspected. I would not recommend this shop as it seems like they recommend repairs that are unnecessary.

After experiencing some brake fade and overheated rear brakes coming back to Highlands Ranch from RMNP, I brought my car in first thing in the morning. Pride Auto Care was the only auto repair place in the Littleton area that I could find that had both a good review here on Google as well as a clean BBB ranking without any filed complaints (very had to find in this industry). Their free brake system inspection revealed a few problems that just took about 45 minutes to repair (flushed the brake fluid and cleaned out the brake dust), allowing me to drive to South Dakota as planned that afternoon and eventually back home to Chicago without any problems. Amazing services, clean showroom/waiting area, extremely fair prices, and great service.

Yesterday I had an automotive problem caused by parking atop a concrete stop, which left me with the undercarriage cover dragging on the ground. They were swamped at Pride Auto, I couldnt even find parking and it was nearing closing time, so I figured they would ask me to come back. Instead, Jody came out and got down on the cold pavement and installed clips to hold the cover in place. I tried to pay for him doing this, but he just wished me a happy New Year and waved goodbye. Thats what I call customer service! There have been bigger problems that Pride has taken care of over the past several years, and I have always been very satisfied with the work done and the cost of same. Thats why I keep going back!

After hearing from another shop that I needed new brakes, roters and calipers that was going to cost $1200, a friend recommended Prime Auto Care. I called and explained the situation, they got me right in and were able to get new brakes installed that same day! Even better, they gave me an honest estimate on the car which only consisted of new brake pads and roters! Tye, the technician gave me a full breakdown of what was needed and even explained that the last shop was trying to take my money. I was very satisfied with their services and have definitely found an auto shop that I will be going to in the future for all of my automotive needs.
