Matt and his team at Elevation Auto are our go-to place for our familys cars. Matt is specially trained in Japanese model cars, but he also has a lot of knowledge and experience with other makes as well. Elevation is an honest business where they will tell you exactly what is going on with your car, what is crucial to fix and what can wait, and they do not overcharge but have very reasonable rates for what needs to be done. Matt lays out all the options and costs and empowers us to understand the issues to make a well-informed choice on what we want done on our car when issues arise. If you schedule your work in advance, they have a simple loaner car that you can use, which is handy. I like how Matt keeps us informed on what routine maintenance should be coming up (e.g. we just had our 90,000 mile service done on our Toyota Sienna) and even though I might just be taking my car in for an oil change, they check my brakes and note any other issues that may need to be addressed down the road so we arent caught off guard. We feel VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF at Elevation Auto and recommend them to all of our friends. We have been going to Elevation Auto since 2011, ever since OUR friends recommended Elevation to US!

These guys have been around a minute so dont be fooled by the small amount of ratings. The owner was just hesitant at first as he has seen plenty of auto-mechanics get wrecked by unruly busybodies. Matt is great, the mechanics are also excellent. Everyone has a great attitude (rare in the Springs). The prices are fair and they will work with you. They dont prefer that you supply your own part (warranty issues etc.) but will play ball either way. Took me about a solid year to find a place that meets all my criteria and I havent gone anywhere since

Ive been bringing our cars to Matt and Elevation Auto for about 5 years now - theres a reason weve been coming back that long. The work is competent and he stands behind everything they do but most importantly is honesty and trust. Lets face it, once your car is in a shop its a bit of a crap shoot. I can drop my or my wifes car off and have complete confidence that only work thats necessary is what will be done and what well be charged for. You cant put a price tag on that.

Started by servicing my Lexus there since they specialize in Japanese cars and now I take all of my personal and commercial vehicles there, both foreign and domestic. Elevation Auto is truly a great shop. Owner, Matt, really knows his stuff and his mechanics are truly top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable folks running a fair and honest vehicle service shop.
