9:15 AM Brought my Audi in was there all day they couldnt figure out how to start my car cause it has an interlock on it. I asked when I left if they know how to use it they said yes! Around 3:45 P.M they call to say they cant start it and want me to come back or leave it till morning so I can start it. To my surprise they start it. Around 4:15 shop manager calls said they found s wrench in my suspension which was causing my ticking noise. So they let me back it up I do my own test drive while pulling in front and notice nothing fixed! 4:30 go inside tell them i still hear the noise gets a shop guy to do test drive. Guy tells me its normal clicking and if I ever heard the noise before wow!!! What a idiot this is what he was suppose to do all day. Instead he drags on about me having misfire codes?? One thing buddy I brought it in for clicking not misfire issues(glad you can read codes so can a 3 year old) ! Please get ur stuff together you guys dont have a clue what your doing quit wasting time no wonder your in 3 star rating horrible shop stay away!!! They have no clue by the way on the interlock they locked it out had to have it serviced for 50.00 so they caused me more money then taking a wrench out. In my eyes they were too lazy to do there job. They do what they want read codes lol my transmission is fd and this guys worried about codes and telling me i got ignition problems....

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I took my car there for a charging problem - either battery or alternator. I had just gotten a new battery so it was most likely the alternator. Anyway, they had my car for over a week just to replace and fix the alternator that I had brought in to be installed. Every other day throughout the week+ they had my car, they would call me and tell me there were other issues with my car that needed to be fixed. Just trying to get every dime they can out of me. Eventually when it comes time for these faulty mechanics here to replace the alternator, they break another part in the process and call and tell me I would need to pay for it because it was already broken - which it wasnt. They tried to charge me $790 for keeping my car for a week, adding more problems to it, and just for their labor. WORST TRANNY SHOP DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want your car fixed then do not go here. I was charged over $1800.00 and less than a month later the same issue happened again. I was told they fixed it again but then not even 6 months later it is doing the exact same thing again. I called and again took it back (3rd time) to now be told that it is something else entirely. They could not explain how its doing the exact same thing it did the first time but now its a totally different issue. So i am out over $1800 and i am with a car that is still not working. I will never go back to this shop and i will let everyone know that if they want to give away money then to chose a charity. This amounted to the same thing but it was not a good cause.

Awesome service!!! I had a dead battery this morning. Called on a whim in hopes of a jumpstart service. Jerry (the owner) was actually the only one at the shop. Rather than telling me that he couldnt leave the shop, he asked where I lived and drove to MY HOUSE to jump my car. I was so amazed that hed shut his doors to help me. I immediately followed him back to the shop where he ordered me a new battery, let me munch on some snacks he had in the waiting area, and fixed my car. This shop had a very professional, but "hometown" feel to it and I really appreciated Jerry going above and beyond to help me out during the Christmas season. Great business, prices, and service!!!

In 2012, after several quotes from other businesses, I chose AAMCO to rebuild and install my transmission for $1600 including a lifetime warranty, on my 2000 Honda Accord V6. Ive never had an issue and still going strong (4 years later and 50k miles later). I go every year for a checkup, as per the warranty requirement, and Im always treated wonderfully and promptly. I have, however, had them quote me other non-transmission related repairs, but I find their parts and labor quite expensive in comparison to others, otherwise I would give them a 5th star.

Terrible communication and service. This is now the second time I have set an appointment and was told it would take 2-3 hours. On both occasions, I called an hour after the time I was given and was given the same excuse "Sorry, Les (owner) isnt here. We didnt know that it was urgent." Why do they accept appointments?!?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice with the same excuse is unacceptable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!RIP OFF, LITERALLY!!! They will take your money without even fixing your car and tell you its your problem not theirs. And not just chump change because I am a single mother of a 6 month old and they took THOUSANDS of dollars from me with NO CARE in the world and DIDNT EVEN FIX MY CAR! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR!

Great Service! I Took my Murano there thinking I had a big problem with the air conditioner. The problem turned out to be very minimal. I Feel they were super honest, since I knew nothing about cars. They did an over all inspection that I was not charged for. My bill was almost nothing and my A/C works wonderfully! Friendly Fast Service! I will be back!

Everytime I have went to an Aamco, Ive had to take my vehicle back not once, twelve but usually more than three times and it seems theres ALWAYS something more that oddly needs to be fixed right after. Things just break down one after the other Im told. Spent over $500 and my car is still messed up.

Horrible communication throughout the process. This location used to be our go to mechanic, but changed management recently. It seems to have gone down hill. Charges when vehicle picked up were higher than what was quoted over the phone. This location will not get our business again.

My transmission dropped on my way home to Minnesota, luckily was close enough to this place. Would highly recommend, they did a great job on my vehicle and did it fast. Price was good, and workers were very nice. Was on the road in no time.
