For years I would go only to my "dealer" because I thought they knew best about my car and would be more trustworthy... HA!! When I first met Jamie, one of the owners of family owned Autosmith, I had one of those "gut feelings" and actually became excited about trying them out! I am so grateful to know I have an auto shop with the professionalism and integrity that Autosmith has, for both me and my car! I FULLY trust the work they do on my car, and have never felt safer after having work done on it as I do with them... from oil changes, to new tires, new brakes, new windshield wipers (best ever), new hoses, finding fixing long time leaks, and helping to prioritize and set up a maintenance plan, etc!!! I also greatly appreciate the professional Customer Care I receive, their warm, comfortable, and CLEAN office and waiting lounge, their informative newsletters, and specials... I know I matter! Integrity is very important to me, as is keeping my vehicle safe... so I would not so strongly recommend a business as important as our auto care if I didnt believe it, or experience it! Call or go to Autosmith... you wont regret it, and you wont look any further for auto care! Sandy!

Honestly, Ive never reviewed a service before, but because of how good my experience is - I feel like it needs to be done. My car needed a new engine which is not cheap and I was unprepared! . Long story short, not only did Autosmith go out of the their way to try to save me money- they walked me through every step of the way. What I appreciated the most was their honesty, communication was clear and timely, left no stone uncovered, good/fair pricing and... FAST!!! From start to end was a matter of DAYS and I received updates regularly. It is so nice to be able to leave my car with a mechanic and KNOW Im getting honest service with quality skilled professionals - my car is actually running a lot more quiet than it used to and no problems since my new engine. If you are still not sure JUST GIVE THEM A CALL I promise you wont be disappointed and its worth taking the chance. Car maintenance is the one thing that pays to have good people on your side, like Autosmith.

I have loved taking both our vehicles to Autosmith over the last several years. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and I trust them, which is very important to me. The expert staff always take the time to fully explain our vehicle repair needs. In addition to providing the best maintenance experience I have ever had in 38 years of vehicle ownership, Autosmith goes the extra mile to check key systems and provides a printed report of the health and status of each component. The staff have always been open and honest about additional and scheduled vehicle needs, never pressure me to accomplish a fix immediately, but provide a timeline and price estimate. This really helps me to understand vehicle health issues of which I would otherwise not be aware and gives me the opportunity to plan my budget for future maintenance requirements. I continue to recommend Autosmith to my friends and all of them have been very pleased with their experience. You will be fully satisfied also!

I e-mailed Kevin Smith at Autosmith about my 2008 Toyota Tacoma and Darren promptly followed up with a response. Instead of taking the easy way out and telling me to bring in the car and have it checked out, Darren researched the issue Id mentioned in my e-mail, and suggested that I first check with a Toyota Dealer and see if I could get the work performed under warrenty due to a Toyota Service Bulletin he had found in his research. I followed Darrens suggestion and the dealer completed $2,089 worth of work under warranty with no charge to me. If Darren and the folks at Autosmith hadnt done the right thing, I would not have known about the service bulletin. Ive taken my cars to Autosmith for approximately 7 years and they have been honest and forthright with me. I have never had to take my car back because something wasnt done right the first time. Give these folks a try - I recommend their service.

A great mechanic is something everybody wants but many have a hard time finding. Autosmith is the real deal--trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Darren takes the time to explain necessary repairs and gives his honest assessment on what to look for in the future, sometimes opening the hood and pointing out exactly what he’s talking about. They simply go above and beyond. When we were looking to buy a used car, Darren offered his advice on what models and years to look for/avoid and why, and Jamie remembered that one of their customers had mentioned wanting to sell the vehicle we were looking for, resulting in a perfect match. Talk about great customer service. Also love the email specials, loaner car program, and waiting area. Always feel welcome there. We have recommended them often and will continue to do so. Very glad to have found them.

Honest and Trustworthy! I took my car in to have it worked on. I was told that it would cost a small amount to get it diagnosed with a quote. Unfortunately what I had to get done needed to be done at the "stealership" and I was not charged the diagnosis fee! The stealership got me for $300 to diagnose and reprogram my on-board computer. They told me that I needed another $3,000 worth of repairs. I went back to Autosmith and they put me in touch with Danny at Discount Exhaust Works. Long story short I saved $2000 with quality OE parts at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this place, they are great guys and if I ever need repairs again Im going to Autosmith first! BTW, I read these reviews prior to seeking them out, so there.

I tell anyone that will listen how great Autosmith is! This shop is amazing and I only wish I had found Autosmith’s shop earlier. I moved to Colorado Springs 10 years ago and have tried a lot of different automotive repair facilities in the Colorado Springs area, and I can honestly say Autosmith stands above the rest. The level of customer service I have received at Autosmith is unbeaten. My wife and I started a transportation service and we know that the quality of work applied to every job will never put our fleet or business at risk. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. I urge you to give Autosmith a call and speak with any one of their amazing employees. You will not be disappointed.

I love this shop!!! i have been going here for about 15 years. They are pros at finding the real problem and fixing it. only once did i have to ever return for a rework and it was a part failure, They fixed the problem under warranty. They made it right when other shops would have said your out of luck on that one. They have kept my truck running right for a lot less cost than many other shops. I would say they are one of the few honest shops in town. also its a great place for women to get repair work done. they wont rip you off simply because you dont know. I fully recommend this shop to anyone and often do. Keep up the great work guys!!!
