Let me set the scene for you: two young women on a cross country road trip in the beginning of July have their air conditionings condensation filter malfunction, so from Chicago to Denver they drive with water dampening their feet and their spirits. Enter Nick from Urban Autocare: Our Hero. We called several mechanics on our way to Denver to see if theyd be able to help fix our problem within the two days we were spending in the city. Many of them either shot us down, didnt know what we were talking about, or were actually a medical laboratory (wrong phone number). But then we called Urban Autocare. Nick (OUR HERO) picked up, listened to our plight, and then said hed do some research and call us back. Three hours later, our shoes wet and our hopes dying, Nick called back and said that Urban Autocare could definitely help us and that we should drop the car off when we got into the city. Our Very Wet Vehicle was dropped off at a little before 8am, and our air conditioning condensation filter was repaired by 11:30am. These people are wonderful. We are from Boston and will probably not need a mechanic in Denver again any time soon, but honestly I sort of wish we did because this was AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Shout out one more time to Nick, Our Hero, Vanquisher of Damp Foot Mats.

The absolute best auto repair experience I have ever had! Great people, reasonable prices (they came in nearly $1,000 lower than the other quote I received for the same repair at another local shop). They were straightforward and didnt try to sell me on anything or tell me other things were wrong with my car. In fact, my first appointment with them was to confirm a somewhat unlikely problem with my vehicle that another shop had informed me of, and the guys at Urban Auto went as far as to bring me into the garage bay and show me first hand. I ended up having repair done by them under my after market warranty, which if youve ever worked with one of these companies you know is not the smoothest or easiest process, they make the shop jump through a lot of hoops, and they were so helpful and patient all the way through getting the claim approved! They got the job done very quickly and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend and will be using Urban Auto for all of my auto repair and maintenance needs from now on.

I need my car, I need my car, I need my car. This is how I truly feel. I was on my way home from work on Tuesday afternoon, when I noticed a really strong odor coming from my car. I immediately drove my car to Urban Autocare and asked the gentleman Nick if he could look at my car. When we popped the hood, my radiator collapsed and created a huge spill on the ground. Needless to say I needed a radiator. I told the mechanic that I did not have the money and that I needed my car to go to work. I then left my car at the shop. After numerous contacts to borrow the money to no avail. I then telephoned Nick and he said that the company would fix my car at no charge and have it ready for me the next day. I was ecstatic! My stress level come down and I was so thankful. When I needed a ride Urban Autocare offered, my car rides beautifully, and I received the friendliest professional service. I recently moved to Denver and found Urban Autocare on the web. Based on positive online reviews I decided to try them out and take in my minivan which had a fuel leak among other issues. Nick was very professional to deal with and explained all of my options. What was remarkable was that he stayed in regular communication with me as technicians assessed my vehicle. As I suspected there were quite a few issues with my 2002 Town & Country. Nick helped me to identify the most critical issues and fairly recommended repairs within my budget. I would recommend Urban Autocare to anyone, excellent quality of work and first grade customer service.

This has been by far the best experience Ive had with an auto body shop. They let me drop off my car far in advance of my appointment because I was stressed out about what might be wrong with it. They not only ran diagnostics, but also repaired my car within 24 hours. I probably drove them crazy with how many times I called them to ask questions but they were beyond friendly and helpful every time. I will definitely come here for any car issues in the future and would recommend this place to anyone!

Really pleased with the service at this place. My car failed emissions and after talking with Nick, I decided to get it diagnosed rather than gamble on a new cat-converter. Test showed multiple failure in the exhaust system, and the repair cost surpassed the value of the car. Nick offered 3 pricing options to try and help my situation however knowing the value and condition of the car I decided to cut my loses. Fast a friendly place, will go back when I get a new used car.

They are also great at just doing the work thats necessary, instead of expecting me to fork over a bunch of money, for something that can wait. This is a great general auto repair shop in Denver. The guys are incredibly nice and willing to explain everything for you. I brought in a tire that got a big hole in it and they couldnt fix it but on my spare for free and helped direct me to a tire place since it would take a few days for them to get the right tire in for me.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! $250 more than the next place I randomly called. Went in knowing exactly the problem conveyed it to them and they still charged me a $60 inspection fee, which did not go towards the repair. What a rip
