Im really not one to take time out of my day to review businesses - good or bad - but this place deserves lines out the door. My vehicle is all-wheel drive, and some shops will charge me for two alignments (front-end and rear-end), but InTechgrity only charges you twenty dollars more to align all four wheels, which saved me fifty dollars. Not only that, but they also noticed underlying issues with my wheels that made it unsafe to drive, and, rather than charge me for the labor, I only had to pay for the parts, which saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. (They take credit cards, too - depending on where you go, some mechanics will only accept cash or checks). My car is in the best shape its been in since I can remember, and they got it all done before I had to go to work. You can tell they care, too, and theyre not just trying to take your money (unlike some dealerships - I took my Subaru in once for a free "check engine light" inspection not long after Id gotten it (mind you, its used), and the guy tried telling me I either had to replace the catalytic converter for more than the car was worth or buy a new vehicle altogether. Instead, I switched from regular Shell to premium, and the light hasnt come on since); InTechgrity apologized to me for the extra repairs on my bill, and all I wanted to do was remind them of the thousands of dollars of damage they prevented by taking the intiativie they did, at a price that I was STILL able to pay in full, even though it was the day before payday (of course). They were such a last-minute lifesaver - affordable, fast, and trustworthy. I will absolutely be coming back here from now on (who can say no to thirty-dollar oil changes?).

Full disclosure, I know the owner and family. The service I received was exemplary! I needed tires, alignment, and service on my windshield washer system. Since we put limited miles on the vehicle and virtually all that on pavement I didnt want super tuff or rugged tires; serviceable would do. Steve put in a lot of time finding the right tires for me. The appointment for the tires and all took but 2 hours during which I listened to a lot of conversations between the front-end guys (Daniel, Tim, Steve) and customers. Seemed to me everyone was taken care of honestly and professionally. I even overheard a discussion concerning an older vehicle which needed a lot of work, some of which was safety related. The guys were very clear as to what needed to be done NOW (e.g., all the safety issues), and what could be delayed over time (included mechanical issues as well as accessory light issues). It was obvious a great deal of care had been taken in a thorough inspection of the vehicle and an honest assessment presented. This is my SECOND visit to InTechgrity; the first being the inspection of a vehicle being purchased by a family member. They again did a completely thorough job with the inspection. Yes, I got a great deal because were friends BUT, the work was fast, complete and the vehicle now drives like new! And they did followup to assure that all was fine! How often does that happen?

You be the judge: We take our car in for warranty work because were leaking oil and water. We have a great warranty, the oil pan gets changed out and the leaky radi too, we also get a transmission flush /change-all covered with our warranty payment. with in days A new leak apears- its TRANS fluid. We take our car back 6 days later since I dont have endless days off to deal with cars... So they change the rubber around it 4 times and it still leaks and tilden comes to the conclusion the pan is warped. They want us to pay for the pan. THE car was just in there less than a week ago-and they put the pan back on... Pans dont warp over night, its more likely that the mech who did our flush/changed OVER TIGHTENED the pan. They try to turn it on us as if its our fault and insist we pay for the pan, even trying to guilt us that they used all this trans fluid.. #1 if you changed it two times and it still leaks why try a 3rd #2 my car was not leaking trans fluid a week before, you do a flush/change and now its leaking and its my problem #3 it was under warranty why couldnt they go back on the warranty -because they screwed up and now they want to recoup thier idiot mistake and make me pay for the pan. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS and I am warning you. DONT GO HERE! Find a better place to take your car!

This place tried to fix an oil leak issue for me (but failed). Several months later, as the oil leak issue persisted, i took it to another shop and discovered the transmission fluid dip stick had been placed next to the reservoir opening, not in the reservoir, leaving it exposed to dirt, oil, water and anything else that could fall in there. Called them to see if they would stand by their incompetence by handling a transmission drain and fill. Attacked me for my incompetence and denied any possibility it was them. IT WAS. In addition to denying responsibility for their own incompetence (which was substantial) they began attacking me claiming i didnt care for my vehicle, because i do my own oil changes. These guys are jokers. Find someone who knows where a dipstick goes. Any infant or well trained monkey should suffice.

I had an easy broken radiator problem. They were going to charge me $669.00 for parts and labor. And when I said that I was a AAA member, it was supposed to be 10% off labor. The guy said that it would only be $1 off of the $669.00. I was a Fleet Manager for a few years and have a lot of good mechanic contacts. I got quotes from (3) of my trusted mechanics and Tilden was $275-$325 MORE expensive to fix then my trusted mechanics. On top of all that, they charged $50.00 (or 1/2 hour in labor) to look at the car. It was the radiator. If it took them more than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, I would seriously be surprised. The only good thing I have to say is they were nice. But they seriously tried to swindle me. Dont take your car here unless you have $$$ to spare.

I have had my car in there shop a couple of times, never really knew that they were ripping me off till I just had my car in there and they wanted to charge me 1200 for a new manifold that would be just to start, so I just thought I would pick up my car, so I did and took it to pro auto care and guess what I had two vacuum leaks and my fuel pump is going out, I do not need a new manifold, so I will never take my car back to tilden, also awhile back they told me my other car was like 1300 just to find out were a oil leak was and my transmission was going out, so I junked the car and now I am starting to think they were wrong on that car also. I would not take your car here I go to Pro auto care on church st
