Ive been coming here for a few years. This last visit was the final time. For the last 6 months or so Ive been getting the impression that their quality of work is decreasing. The time before this last time I took it in for the following: 1. Oil change 2. Bad brakes 3. All around diagnostics They told me that the brakes were still good. I responded, but they cause the whole car to shake when coming to a stop so I suspect that they are warped. They agreed that they were warped but they were still fine if I wanted to keep using them. So I shrugged my shoulders thinking they know best. I took it in yesterday for the following: 1. Oil change 2. Find the source of rattling 3. Loose light that needs to be popped back into place The told me they couldnt find the source of rattling, but they did notice that I needed new brakes. I told them I was frustrated that they would tell me this only 3 months after I asked about and they said it would be fine. They also wanted to charge me 420 dollars to fix the light because the casing was broken. While the car was still on their lot, I crawled under the car and popped the light into place (yes the casing was broken but it still could be used). I didnt ask them to replace it, I frankly didnt want to get my business clothes dirty and honestly I was bit lazy. But then again, Im not being paid for my laziness. I refused all service but the oil change and took it over to another mechanic. He fit me in and replaced the pads and I also noticed that he has a significantly lower oil change price. I wonder... So I wont be returning. It is sad because I really liked them, but in the past year, they began to grow less friendly and more irratable.

Jeff, Joe, and the whole team are incredible. I am a first time car buyer and its been a long and confusing process, until now. Theyve spent the last few days doing inspections on cars from dealerships for me so I can make sure to get a decent car and dodge a bullet. Not only have they squeezed me in last minute both days, but they spent time both days answering a bunch of questions I had about buying a car and what I should look for and avoid. As a young broke college student it means the world to me that theyve been so willing to help out and guide me! Thanks guys! AND- On one of the inspections (usually $88) they stopped part way through and told me straight up to not buy the car because it wasnt in good shape. They only charged me $33 for the partial inspection when they very well could have continued on and charged me for the whole inspection knowing that it wasnt worth looking at anyway. So trustworthy and ethical!

Havent been there in a little while, but have never been disappointed. They are honest and typically save me $100s and even $1,000s in unnecessary work that the dealers are very quick to recommend. I cant go to a dealer without getting a litany of things that are wrong with my vehicles. For some reason though comprehensive finds that the recommendations are premature and/or not necessary and comprehensive hasnt been wrong. For example, the dealer says replace the brakes, comprehensive found that there was plenty of wear left and recommended to tighten the brakes instead ...

I have been bringing my Toyotas here for over 20 years. Joe / Jeff and all of the techs are honest, perform great work and always timely. They always can figure out ways to spread the work out over time to maintain your vehicles safety and keep you from having to spend too much at one time. They have suggested remanufactured parts that carry the same warranty and are a fraction of the cost when it makes sense. Just a great bunch of people who know what they are doing.

These guys are ethical, trustworthy, honest, fair, and fast. Ive had one issue in my familys 30+ years of patronage, which was addressed immediately, and correctly. Joe and Jeff are great guys, and the garage staff are a collective of talented technicians. As long as the doors remain open, Ill remain a customer. If youre looking for a worry free shop, comprehensive is without question the best of the best.

This place is great - weve used them for 5 years now. They are quick, efficient and very helpful. I cant say enough good things about them. Theyre professional and know their cars. We have a Subaru Outback (03) that theyve serviced since weve had it. I agree they may be a little more expensive then other garages but they are worth it. Plus every 4 oil changes are free. Cant recommend them enough!

I have taken my and my wifes car to this place several times and they are really willing to give you an honest opinion and go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. My wife is a very busy grad student at DU and I am out of town constantly for work and they have been very flexible with our schedules. Appreciate all of your hard work guys!

We used to live in the neighborhood, so taking our Honda and Toyota tom Comprehensive was convenient. It is not longer convenient, but drive across town to service our cars at Comprehensive. This shop is honest and knowledgeable. Unlike a dealership, they do not try to up sale repairs and maintenance.

Usually like this place, but not sure about quality of techs. One diagnosed that we needed a new timing belt when we had actually had it replaced a year earlier. Took it to a different place and they diagnosed it as the serpentine belt instead (much cheaper repair). This was in 2013.

Great guys. We have been taking all of our cars to them for years. Our extended family and many friends have converted as well. They give us a list of what we MUST do, what we probably should do, and what we will eventually have to do. Totally trust them.

I have been taking my cars here for years. I am sure you can find some repairs cheaper at chain places, but I never leave this shop thinking that I paid for something I didnt need and I am confident that they do quality work. You get what you pay for.

Weve brought our Toyotas here for years. Mark, Jeff and Joe have always been honest, straight forward, and they do expert work at a fair price. Thats all I can ask for from a mechanic. I highly recommend Comprehensive Car Care.

Same price or a little less, I take my vehicle to the Dealer and get a national warrenty along with factory trained technicians. Took my Honda here once and had a good experience, but too expensive for independent shop.

These guys are great! Very honest, friendly, helpful. I have been taking my car there for years and never had an issue. They have even saved me money (not common for a car repairt place)! I would highly recommend.

This is not the cheapest place, but they seem to be honest with you and they have good service. Plus you can drop your car off after hours and pick it up after hours, making it convenient.
