I have been working with Mark at United Auto Repair for several years for everything from oil changes to fuel injection repair for all of our familys vehicles. I have never had any complaints or issues. I always come back to them for high quality work at a reasonable price. Until recently we have never had to have any warranty work done although we were always told that they guarantee their work 100%. Several months ago we had the transmission in our 2005 Ford F150 go out. We drove it to the shop for an inspection and diagnosis and were told the transmission had to be replaced. We received an estimate and okd the work. The work was completed for the exact amount of the estimate even though there were some cost overruns. When we received the the truck back, it had an intermittent hard shift between 1st and second gears. Mark tried a few adjustments that did not help. He advised that no matter what the problem was, he would stand behind it and make it right. We drove the truck for a while hoping the problem would resolve, but it did not. Finally, Mark told us to leave the truck with him and he would make sure the problem was corrected. He determined that the new transmission was defective and replaced the unit with another one at ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE. Based on my experience with other shops in the past I truly expected to be given the run around and have to pay something more to have the problem corrected. But Mark was true to his word. He stood behind his work 100% United Auto Repair is a true find in an industry that is rife with poor service. I can recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest high quality work at a reasonable price and a friendly smile to boot.

I recently purchased a used car and took it to United Auto Repair for an oil change. Mark put my 2013 Nissan Murano on the lift and checked it out. He found the windshield washer reservoir had a crack and would not hold a full volume of washer fluid. He also checked the tires and noticed the wear indicates I will need to replace them before winter. He showed me the "bumps" in the tread depth that shows where the tires would indicate wear and when they would need replacing. Ive never had a technician or mechanic take the time to show me how to determine the wear on my tires. I am very happy with the service Ive gotten at United Auto Repair! While in his shop, I saw there were a variety of certificates and awards. Hes highly qualified, honest, and professional. Ive recommended him to all my friends and family.

I cant express how happy I am to have found Mark here at United Auto Repair. After loosing total confidence in Omeara Ford to fix an ABS breaking problem, it was very refreshing to come to a mechanic who takes the time to correctly diagnose an issue, and repair it. The dealer prefers to rip and replace components and when the issue was not resolved they quoted another $2000.00 to fix the issue after paying $650.00 for a master cylinder which did not resolve the problem. Mark looked into and fixed the ABS unit and the price was $800.00 less then what the dealer quoted. Thank You United Auto Repair, you have my trust and will have all of my business.

We had our car towed in on 12/24. We called on 12/26 to be told that all auto parts stores were closed due to holiday but they believed they knew what problem was. They were told no problem, take the time you need to figure it out. On 12/27 they called to let us know it was fixed and we owed them $655.48. They did the work without giving us a quote per Colorado State Law. A BBB report was filed and after a week they still have not responded. I most assuredly would not recommend this business to anyone. They broke the law and are not answering for it.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I dont know much about cars but they walked me through what should be repaired. I showed up 1 day letting them know what was wrong and how uncomfortable I was about the problem with my truck. They were able to not only get it in right away but also after dropping my vehicle to them they took me and dropped me off at my job. I highly recommend this company, they are straight up mechanics not giving you unnecessary repairs to make more money. If you need a repair these are the guys to see.

I have had my Carpet Cleaning Van repaired by Mark and his crew a couple times always a great job at fair price. Most recently had an alignment performed no parts needed where the place I used to take it for alignment said I need $1600 in repairs. Do yourself a favor and look no further for your auto repair when you cant do it yourself.
