Had an AWESOME experience today. I came in because my tire was flat and I had a horrible day! I got there with the flat tire and I had bought the tires at Discount last fall. I worried about them charging, since Discount would have done it for free, had they been open. Steven made sure he had it fixed and he was so nice! Told me they would fix it so I could be on my way home after a long day. He also asked me to sign up for financing so I could get all my other repairs done next week when I have time. Now I can go in when something breaks instead of waiting until my car is dead. :) Icing on the cake was that I had power steering again when I left. I had mentioned my pump locked up a few months ago when I was working jobs so I had just cut the belt off and drove it so I could get to work and never fixed it. I wasnt charged anything. I got in my car and left - then noticed on the next turn going home that I was not wrestling the steering wheel anymore. Phenomenal service. I would not hesitate to come back. 10/10 - Will be going here for now on.

I found a coupon on the web for a $99 dollar break job on the front wheels that included new pads and rotor resurfacing, and took it to this Firestone shop. They called me up and told me that they would have to replace the rotors bringing the total to close to $300. I asked for the thickness of the rotors and they wrote down 960 & 965 on both rotors. This appeared to me to be a bait & switch tactic getting me to come in with a coupon and then taking me for more money by claiming bad parts. The front desk person was rude to me in front of other customers when I complained about what they were apparently doing. I then had them give me my car back without doing the work and took their paperwork over to a Just for Brakes shop, at which time they told me there was room to resurface the rotors as the bottom number to throw away a rotor was 922. Later that night I got my new pads from Just for brakes installed for $77 dollars. Beware of brake jobs folks, and shame on Firestone!

I have been a fire stone customer for a couple years now and I didnt have any issues with the company until I came to the fire stone off of 120th and Colorado. I set up an oil change for my car and after my car was "worked on" I was off to go on about my day. Three days later my car tells me my oil is low, I checked my oil and my engine was bone dry. I confronted them on this issue and they defended their technician saying that they have done their job, when they clearly did not. So, being dissatisfied with their customer service and rudeness I demanded my money back from my oil change, which I got back, and then left to get my car properly worked on at a dealership. If you get your car done at this place, inspect your vehicle to make sure the work you payed for is actually done, and done proper.

If I could give negative stars I would... This place has told me two separate things on multiple occasions, they also drive extremely aggressively in customer vehicles, the staff is not very knowledgeable nor are they friendly...I took my most recent vehicle for an alignment... After they tell me Im at risk to start breaking axles and tearing axle boots... Well after 10k mi of being lowered 2in with clearance checks from my dealership...I just so happen to develop a torn axle boot... Less than 500 miles after they tell me. Coincidence? I call bs... And they think Ill take it there for they to do the service, theyll be hearing from my lawyers real soon

Did they get my wifes car in the same day I called? Sure, did they replace the tire that needed replaced? Yup. So why a 1 star? Because they replaced the TPMS sensor with a bad, or as far as I know not even at all. No wonder this place has poor reviews. For one they took the entire day, and two they couldnt even get that right. Never again going back to this location. Now Im stuck replacing a sensor that I clearly paid to have replaced/rebuilt according to their receipt. Money out of my pocket twice because they took the easy way out and still charged me.

Went in Monday for six new tires. Not in stock they would bring in from their warehouse in Greely, and set an appointment for Thursday at 9 AM. Showed up Thursday at 9 AM and they hadnt even gotten the tires there, then expected me to leave the truck there all day with them, hoping they would get the tires. Why make an appointment if you have no intent of honoring it?? Worst customer service experience I would not recommend this location to anyone. Its all about customer service Firestone, and clearly not a priority at this location.

I ordered 4 new tires for my jeep and when I called installer (firestone) guy was rude and said come in Saturday Its first come first serve. The next day I called to see if I could get them installed possibly Friday and was told they cant find my tires I ordered. He said call back in 20 so I did and was told we dont see them , no sorry for the inconvenience, just we dont see them. Not once asking my name. Not recommended, plenty of other firestones in the area.

Took my car there today at 10 and appointment was at 11, they asked if we needed it right away and we being nice said no, not right away. So I called since its 3:45 and they still havent got to my car yet, taking advantage of me! Ridiculous! They said itll be ready at 5:30! I had a appointment at 11! I was being nice and now they took advantage of my time! This place is so rude and doesnt take care of the customers at all, but just trying to reach a goal!

I have taken my Ford Focus here for everything from tires, oil changes, to replacing a water pump and now my thermostat. The guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and considerate. They have never tried to "gouge" me or do things that arent needed. I have never left my car at a shop unattended until I came here. They have my full trust and confidence and I will be returning for anything else my car should need! Wonderful people!

I went for one simple thing, to get a tire mounted and balanced. Plus one star for getting me in on a Sunday. Minus two stars for me having to tell them to actually balance the tire when I went to pick it up (I noticed it still had the old weight on the rim). Minus another star because after driving the car, the tire was still not correctly balanced. I had to take it to discount instead. I wont be back.

They were racing my car behind the plaza. They didnt think I was waiting around and I caught them doing it. He hit my door on the car next to mine when he parked. When I approached him about, he didnt even apologize. Manager and even district manager didnt do anything about. Horrible service and rude people. Never going back there!
