I was happy with the oil change service that this shop provided over the past year that I had been going to their shop. I went to them with a flat tire several weeks ago and my opinion changed. The younger guy that put my spare tire on and then replaced my tire when I brought in the extra one was very helpful as usual. He quoted me $15 for a mount and balance. An older man met me at the register once the service was complete. He informed me that the mount and balance price had changed since I had low profile tires and the cost would now be $24. He said that they were more challenging to mount and balance. I paid and left. As I was leaving I felt taken advantage of. They could see the my tires were low profile prior to having the service done. There is no reason why I should have been charged double the quoted price. Especially since I just had my rim replaced at a different shop today and they charged me $12.50 and quoted me between $12 and $15 for a mount and balance prior to their service. I had not experienced anything like this from Express Care of Denver before. I am disappointed and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I work across the street in one of the towers. Several people in my office recommended Express Care Care to me. I have been coming to this place now for 4 years and have had an excellent experience every time. I have used them on 5 separate occasions and they do solid work. Costs are well communicated up front. If they start getting into the work and discover something that wasnt part of the original estimate, they call before proceeding. Overall I believe their prices are fair, and I have never felt pressured to buy anything outside of what I need to have done. Rob, the manager, is a great guy to work with as are the rest of the crew in there. I for one appreciate seeing the same faces or mechanics when I visit over the years. (High turnover in a business in staff can be indicative of bad management or unhappy workers. Not what you want in a mechanic). If you are looking for reliable service and good rates, I would highly recommend this particular business.

Express Car Care went above and beyond my expectations to take care of my truck! In doing some simple repairs to get my truck ready for a road trip it was discovered there was some significant problems that exceeded the scope of what was expected to get the job done. Regardless of these setbacks Rob and his crew went far beyond the extra mile to take care of me. It became clearly obvious to me that their number one drive was to get the car road worthy without cutting any corners and to keep their promises. I know they spent several hours beyond what was expected, but they delivered what they promised. Having worked in several car shops myself I have seen firsthand that integrity in the auto industry is a scarcity and I know the push to get the cars out of the garage as fast as possible. I have been going to Express Car Care for about 8 years now... This is the ONLY place I will take my car and it was proven once again that Express Car Care is the most honest and trusting shop in CO! I live up in Fort Collins, CO (about 70 miles North of E.C.C.) and needed to get my car checked out for a maintenance check. I took my car into a local shop in FoCo and they told me I needed to replace my breaks, break pads and I had a leak in my break fluid and needed to be fixed immediately which would have been $800! I didn’t think my breaks had any issues nor could I afford it so I took my car and drove down to Denver to get it checked out from someone I CAN TRUST!!! Rob, Wes and Grant checked my whole break system and nothing was leaking and the pads and everything checked out! Thank you to Rob and team for saving me!! You will always be my car shop for life!!

Ive been having trouble finding an auto care location that would give me a reasonably priced transmission flush. When I finally found a couple that were open on Saturday, they told me that Id have to leave the car there all day even though Id spoken to them first thing in the morning. Finally, I called this place and was told it would be a half an hour and was priced competitively in relation to the other shops. The service was done in a timely manner and the people were very friendly. I HATE taking my car in for any work anywhere because of the upselling that goes on at most locations. They didnt once recommend a plethora of things that my car needed (that it didnt actually need). I rarely write positive reviews about any place, but this was such a positive experience that I had to take 5 minutes out of my day to do it. 5 stars, highly recommend.

I typically shop around for pricing on any type of repairs/maint. above and beyond the typical oil change. These guys are consistently among the most affordable. That, along with their honesty and integrity make this my "go to" shop. I can always count on them to provide me with an honest assessment of what issues Im having with my vehicle and never feel like they are trying to add unnecessary work for extra $$$. As for customer service, any business that takes the time to reply to to bad reviews should be considered grade A in my book. Thats definitely going the extra mile and show how much they care about their customers. In my experience they have always been professional and customer service oriented. Although car trouble is never fun to deal with, I always leave feeling well taken care of. Thanks guys!

This is the only place I will take my car to get serviced! I love taking my car here because its right across the street from a Light Rail stop. I work downtown, so I can drop my car off in the morning and then hop on the train to get to work. The service is ALWAYS fast, efficient and professional. They never try to oversell you on services or products you dont need and there is zero pressure to buy something you dont truly need. They will only recommend services/products if your car really needs it, but nothing that isnt absolutely crucial. Everytime I come here, I am always greeted with a friendly Hello and smile. You dont usually get that at other places, but Express Car Care is different and a step above the rest! I highly recommend taking your car here the next time it needs to be serviced!

I work in healthcare so I appreciate good diagnostics. When my breaks started squealing on my aged vehicle that I recently bought used, I was hoping it was just the pads but was concerned about the potential condition of my rotors and calipers. After bringing my car here they found a piece of wood lodged in my caliper that was the culprit with my brakes in otherwise acceptable condition. They could have easily taken me for a ride but didnt and for that I am grateful and they have my business going forward. Same visit, they did a tire rod repair quickly enough that I could use my own vehicle to return to work for the afternoon. Not only was the work swift but their pricing was plenty fair as well. Finally, the car work aside, the staff was courteous, direct, and highly professional.
