RUN!! STAY FAR AWAY!! HUGE SCAM ARTISTS. I own a bar across the way from Alex Shop and dropped my Audi S5 off to determine why the clutch was sticking. I was called and told IT WAS GOING TO COST $2000 FOR PARTS AND $1000 FOR LABOR!!! They said they had already looked into it, so I needed to bring the money asap. I told them to stop what they were doing as I was fairly aware that it was a small fix, and had a tow truck pick it up, take it to another shop (Wesminster Audi and vw) and was quoted $300 for the part AND FIX!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP

I went there they changed my O2 sensor but turns out they didnt tell me that a car has 2 to 4 and they go one after another! When I tried to take my car back for something else I left it with them came in 2 weeks later and still my car was not worked on they hadnt even bothered to check it. The secretary in front was very rude to me ask me what I was doing in the office when they guy had told me to wait their. Overall theit service is just horrible

Horrible service took my car in once for the breaks mechanic supposedly fixed it, two weeks later they need to be fixed again. Only this time when I asked why he was charging me again he claimed it was a different problem. Bunch of scam artist and rude as well. Dont go to this day place unless you want to be ripped off.

Called to get my car looked at, they said bring it in. Dropped everything I was doing to get over there. Once there they said they didnt have time. Waste of time. dont bother

They wanted to charge me 236 to change an ignition switch and they took advantage and "fixed" it but still charged me 100 to cut a stupid wire. Not trust worthy people
