Professional and friendly, but price gouging. Ive brought two cars with flat tires in and each time they insist that I needed a whole new set of tires. Also, their parts that they quoted me are at least double what I can get them for at Napa or Advance, let alone online. They billed me $600 plus labor for a part that I could have done myself easily and bought for 300-400. They quoted me 110 for a 60 dollar battery, 400 for a 190 dollar transmission rack, and 200ish for 80 dollar axles. Thats only for the parts. None of it includes the labor on top. I also question the necessity of some of those but my other mechanic will tell me soon. To give them credit, they suggested that I do minimal repairs and sell my truck to somebody without mentioning the needed work. However, I felt that would be unethical. Too bad they dont share the same sense of ethics of not taking advantage of others.

Between them not properly flushing my girlfriends brakes in November and acting like I was exaggerating that they were barely functioning to my car still leaking power steering fluid after they replaced my tie-rod ends in December, should be enough not to return there. But I contacted their manager of their shops, Paul to tell him my concerns and he said that he would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. They used to be good but I guess they stopped caring or something. The pictures are of my now power steering fluid stained driveway.

Not only are they extremely professional and kind, but they go above and beyond all expectations. Last year around this time the alternator on my jeep went out. I was getting married only days away and no other shop was willing to service my jeep. They came no problem with a battery pack, we drove my jeep back together and they fixed it! With Darnell and everyone at the shop I know that Ill be coming back for years! They have great prices and I know my cars are in good hands! Thank you so much for such great service!!!

Ive been a CO Tire & Service customer for over a year now. I knew on my first visit that this shop personnel was top notch in customer service. Darnell Jackson always meets my vehicle needs without being pushy or laying a guilt trip on me when I refuse service. Ive purchased tires for both my cars there with the assurance that if I was unsatisfied with anything that they would make it right. I have been going to Colo Tire and Service for over a year now. What a blessing. They work on all of my familys cars and we will go no where else, period. Darnell and crew are efficient, incredibly detailed and a pleasure to do business with. Costs are always more than fair and much more reasonable than previous facilities that I have used. The included inspection process has uncovered numerous issues and safety concerns. Nice for peace of mind. Extremely pleased.

I seriously cant say enough about these guys. Darnell is the easiest guy to talk with concerning cars, hes quick to "hear" the problem too. And John, at check-in is so nice. He engages with his customers, making sure theyre all good while they wait for their car service. Two times Ive taken my 2009 Pontiac Vibe there, for different things. Both times I was out the door extremely happy. Great service for a great price, you cant beat that! Tell them Linda sent you!

Darnell got my gf honda civic in quick for alternator issue. They had it fixed same day and also did control arms because bushings were shot. In and out, with a smile. However not the reason for 5 stars, 5 stars because after car was fixed we took it back for making another sound that may or may not have been part of the previous fix. Fixed it for free, and in a few hrs. Darnell and his crew are the real deal people, they stand behind their product.
