This place is awesome. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. The first time I came into this Firestone, I was coming in for tires and to remedy the alignment on our vehicle. Pete was the person who greeted me. He took special care and time to explain to me all of my options and he answered every single question I had. I knew I would come back simply because I felt as if my business mattered. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I recently went back there because we accidentally bent the muffler backing out of a camping spot in the mountains. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Pete and 2 other gentlemen. I explained what the issue was and asked what type of muffler/exhaust services they offered. Unfortunately, this location does not offer any exhaust services. The young man behind the counter (Brandon) and the other gentleman (Steve) chimed in and offered to tie up the muffler with wire until I can get to another establishment to have it fixed. Both Brandon and Steve ran outside (mind you, this was earlier this week when the temperature was in the high 90s) to secure the muffler for me so that it did not drag on the road when I went over a bump. They came back in after taking a thorough look at the muffler. It was completely intact and they couldnt secure it without bending it. Pete explained to me what the problem was while Brandon looked up the part that would most likely need to be replaced. They handed over all of the information I needed to make an educated decision. I sincerely appreciated all of their efforts. This location seems to always have the right people working there. My husband and I will always return to this location for any future situations with our vehicle. They referred me to a few locations that offered the services I needed and explained what I needed ask for. I would definitely recommend this Firestone. They will always provide you with immaculate service and treat you as a valued person, not just as a customer. Thank you to Pete, Brandon and Steve!! You guys are AWESOME!

I work in the Automotive service industry and I understand how difficult it is to deal with certain customers when it comes to their time, money and vehicles. I went in on Sunday morning August 30th, 2015. David was the gentleman manning the desk. I am from Ardmore, Oklahoma and had a flat the night before. I did a temporary repair to get the vehicle to a service station. I knew it was a last second request but i felt safer driving back 11 hours with a plug patch in my tire. David told me upfront it could be a while and I understood. I was in and out i about 35 minutes. They actually checked all my tires and made sure no other tires had punctures, they found another tire on the same side that had a nail and i missed it. I am grateful they were open on a Sunday and also were able to get me back on the road feeling safe. I know to some this may be a case of people "Just" doing their job, but i am grateful that these guys were there and they cared enough to not let me leave with my tires in an unsafe manner. Thank you and for your excellent service and compassion my wife and I are grateful.All the way from Ardmore, OK!

Took my 2013 Ford Fusion here (got my tires at a different Firestone and had a good experience but this one was closer) for an oil change and to check the tires as I had put a few thousand miles on them since they were installed. It took an hour and a half for the oil change (place was empty) and the next day my wife calls me on E-470 saying she pulled over because something was really loud and sounded broken. Turns out these guys forgot to put the shielding bolts back on after removing them to get to the filter. The plate was wedged between the ground and the car, she had to be towed. I called the firestone and asked if they had to remove such a shield to get to the oil filter and the guy on the phone looked something up and said no, definitely not. Well, the firestone we got the car towed to said otherwise but fixed the issue free of charge. This also happened to be the firestone we got the tires at originally which we are pleased with. Would not go back.

Went in to have a battery put in my HHR which is located in the back under the spare tire and kind of a pain to get to. I asked for an Interstate battery with a 6yr replacement warranty and was told no problem. Came back later that day to pick up my car and they had it ready and billed me for an Interstate 6yr battery. I get home and had to do some other work on the car and needed to disconnect the battery and found that they had installed another brand of battery and charged me for an Interstate battery. I probably would have been okay with this since it had the same warranty, but they did not call me to tell me there was a problem getting the Interstate battery. Had I not found this switch and had a problem with the battery and took it back they would have told me tough luck because my bill was for an Interstate battery which is not what they put in the car. I do not trust these people as far as I could throw them.

Dave is incredible! Very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of like i do when i walk into other shops. I trust that he will always take care of my family and I and i will continue to bring all my cars to him no matter if its out of my way or not. I always appreciate him and all the honesty and hard work from there team. Every firestone ive been into is a good store, but this one in particular is over the top because of the customer service David Michelle provides to me and all my friends and family. I will continue to refer everyone i know to this shop. Keep up the good work guys

They are a poorly run organization. Ive trusted them with my oil changes and routine maintenance for years. 3.5 years ago they told me I needed my whole power steering system redone (rack & pinion and all hoses) so I had them fix it. My car was 10 years old at that point so I didnt question it. However, I went in for an oil change yesterday and to have them look at my power steering. Sure enough all of those same parts need replaced. I will never be going back to them, wont recommend them to anyone and dont suggest you waste your time on money on them since youll have to get things replaced much sooner than necessary.

Brought in my E450 to have the rear tires replaced with new tires I had ordered the day before from there shop. Go to have them installed the next day and the shop sales guy says "I dont have a socket that with fit the lugs on your van." This is a flat out lie to my face and I called him on it. 7/8 socket, what shop doesnt have this??? Then he tells me they dont have a jack for my vehicle. I went home and removed my wheels with hand-tools and a 2 ton jack. I dont think it is just incompetence on their part, I just think they are lazy!!! Wont be back.
