Not sure what happened to this place. When I first moved here, we took both of our vehicles there. Being that they were friendly and provided good service we have not been there in a while, they fixed the problems so no need to go back. Well a lot has changed. Took my new vehicle there for a quote. I was given the quote and asked a question about it and got the shittiest attitude and answer from the two guys behind the counter. I have rarely been given such brazenly crappy attitude from people who are in business to provide a service. In the past I have referred several friends to this place. They will be receiving a phone call suggesting they perhaps go elsewhere. I drove not two blocks away and was given a quote for the same job. I asked the same question, and low and behold got a detailed explanation of why things were the way they were. No attitude, no bullshit. Honest 1 is never getting my business again. It really is about the way you treat and talk to people, something the two service writers at Honest 1 could stand to learn.

I cant speak highly enough of this place. The service here is incredible. They are amazing. I have never had a better mechanical experience in my life. From the moment I pulled up they were friendly, open, and honest towards me and about the issues with my car. I was so scared I was going to have an enormous bill, and instead I got top quality service at the best price I couldve asked for. The issues I had this time werent that large, but without a doubt I will come here for all my car issues in the future, as well as general checkups. I worked mostly with Johnny, who was by far the nicest and most knowledgeable technician I have ever spoken to. He explained everything in a simple way I could understand. I wasnt treated like an idiot, even though I dont know much about cars at all. You guys, GO HERE, you will be treated with respect, you will not be taken advantage of, and you will walk away knowing your vehicle is in great hands. I LOVED this place. I wish I could give this review the ten stars it deserves.

I have an innate, irrational hatred of all mechanics, and I would rather have my car explode in the middle of the road than take it in - just cause I dont like dealing with mechanics. That being said, Honest 1 is pretty much the only place Ive ever been confident in bringing my cars - to the point that I paid extra to tow my car there from the other side of town when the radiator blew (which, coincidentally, did happen in the middle of the road). Listen - no mechanic is perfect. Theres no omnipotent car whisperers out there that just get things right every time, all the time. Thats why Honest 1s warranty period is such a massive deal for me. Im sure theres cheaper people out there - but all I care about is giving my car the fullest life that it can possibly lead before I drive it straight into the ground. So far, Honest 1 is the only mechanic that gives me any hope of accomplishing that.

This company has shown me that there are still personable mechanics out there. Every time I walked into the store I was greeted by my name and felt very welcome. They went above and beyond with their customer service!! Even though my car took a few days to fix (I needed major work done on it) I felt like the mechanics were really trying to make my car run perfect (it runs better then the day I bought it) not like they had been slacking and not working on it. Johnny and Greg were so nice and friendly (managers). They should be the poster boys for excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions spanning from a replacement vehicle (no extra cost or hassle) to answering every little question I had. They have gained a customer for life and someone who will refer Honest One to everyone she knows.

Great local business!!! Honest 1 always follows through. The owner keeps a high set of standards for each and every car that comes into their shop and I truly believe they do the best job out there. I had difficulty finding a good auto shop when I first moved to the area from out of state, and am so happy that I stumbled upon Honest 1, because they truly put in a lot of effort every time I bring my car in. They know me by my car, and even when I call in they know who I am. They have outstanding customer service and friendly faces. I always make sure that I bring my car in with an appointment made in advance, however even when I stop in with a question they are always willing to help! They are a great business and I recommend them to all my family and friends!

A friend of mine recommended this place to me, and I was really glad I listened to her advice! They were friendly and did not pressure me to get work done that I usually get done elsewhere. I was there for an oil change, and they asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. At first, I said sure, but then I asked how much it would cost and they told me the price without hesitation. I declined, but didnt feel bad about it at all because the guy helping me out said he goes to Discount Tire for free rotations too! They also made sure I knew how much it was going to cost to replace my air filter, and they didnt have the part on hand, but they had it on location within 10 minutes! Very custmer service oriented, reasonably priced and very honest! :)

Got an oil change for my 2011 Honda CR-V. They made sure to look up the correct oil to use. I appreciated that. The waiting area was organized and well kept, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee while I waited. My car was returned to me in great working order, clean as ever, and purring like a kitten. My only critique is that I was told the service would take 30 minutes and it ended up taking closer to 45 minutes. Luckily, Id given myself enough time during my lunch break, so there was no issue there. That being said, I will definitely be returning. Very professional Auto Care business. PS - Thank you for calling me when I forgot my mug, very kind of you all.

Loved my first experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. They were able to quickly and efficiently take care of the dead battery and corroded battery terminal in my truck. They called as soon as the work was done and they were very friendly and informative the entire time. They did forget to give me my old battery core so I could get the deposit but when I called, they apologized very sincerely for the mistake and were able to hold the old battery for me until I was able to pick it up. I have nothing bad to say about Honest-1 and I will most definitely go back to them in the future when I need something done with my truck. Thanks Honest-1 Auto Care!

Ive used them twice and they helped me out so much! I was stuck at the McDonalds next to their building with a dead car and they picked it up free of charge. They always made sure that I was getting the best price and broke the cost down for me so I understood where my money was going. Bob helped me both times and was super understanding and willing to help. My car has never had any issues on their account other than my own wear and tear. I trust them with my car and will keep going to them for the time Im here in Provo.
