WARNING - WARNING - DONT GO HERE....Oh how I wish I would have checked out their reviews here first - every single bad one is true, this place is horrible, they do not have experienced technicians, they dont know what they are doing and they just replace parts that are not needed. I went in for a check engine light and my truck was running rough and idling rough so they ran diagnostics which cost $130, said I needed to drain the $50 worth of gas out of my truck and replace the fuel filter because it was dirty but to bring it back the next day when their GM tech was there because it didnt turn off the check engine light - so much for the diagnostics. So the first day cost $132.00 and the truck was in worse shape leaving then when I brought it in. Next day I tell them that if they dont think they can fix it to let me have it towed to a GM dealership, nope our GM tech has 30 years experience and a scanner. Throughout the rest of the day it went like this, first it was the mass sensor so they replaced that, nope that didnt fix it then it was the ignition coils and wires, nope that didnt fix it , we cant figure it out, next, good news we got a rebuilt mass sensor but we took off the catalytic converter and cleaned it and took your truck for a test drive the check engine light is gone and it purred like a kitten, hmm so that means its fixed I asked? Well it will cost you another $400 I said well just put it back on and they said oh you cant fix them and put them back on once you take them off so we have to put a new one on, never bothered to ask permission. Well did that fix it - nope here we are now it is almost 7 pm and they say we cant figure it out, truck is misfiring but you can drive it the check engine light is off. I tell the manager I dont think I should have to pay until this is fixed and he said oh I agree Ill come pick you and your grandbaby up and you can take the truck and bring it back I said ok. He comes picks us up and I tell him Ill bring the truck back on Saturday, he tells me I cant let you leave without paying. I said you agreed on the phone, well I cant let you leave, my grandbaby was scared to death at this point so I had to pay. I told them I wanted the parts they took from my truck they pulled out some crap which we are still verifying. Next day the manager calls me and wants to know when Im bringing the truck back I said to him you put remarks in the service agreement that were not true stating that I declined a oxygen sensor, you never said anything about it and he said just bring in it Ill fix it and Im willing to eat it - I said eat it, you got $1500 and Ive got a truck that is in worst shape then when I brought it in and then I said you took off the catalytic converter without my permission and he said "hello, hello" and hung up like the phone went dead. So, $1500.00 and two days without my truck and Im still where I started. I took it to another shop who in 30 minutes knew what was wrong, verified that none of the parts supposedly changed by Service Street would have fixed my truck as they had nothing to do with what is wrong with my truck. How sad, Im a 61 year old female with my grandbaby with me and this is how you get treated there. They lie, they dont know what they are doing, they charge for parts and labor that isnt needed and the new shop could only verify that one coil and been put in even though I was charged $83 each for two of them even though they more than likely werent needed to begin with. These idiots are not mechanics and should be put out of business, they should not even be doing oil changes from everything Ive experienced and read here - STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

Thoroughly disappointed with my experience with this shop. I originally went in to get my alignment done on my car as I do not have access to the proper equipment to do it myself, and was quoted for an $80.00 alignment. Any basic alignment the first thing you do is adjust the camber and caster then set the tow while the vehicle is on the rack up in the air. The mechanic turns a wrench as he looks at a screen until the correct measurement is reached according to the computer. I get a call about an hour and a half after I drop my car off saying they had to adjust the camber, which they said was way further out of alignment than they thought, and caster so it will be an extra $100.00, yet they were willing to cut off $30.00 to make me feel better. THIS IS CALLED UPSELLING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE. Upon speaking to the "master" mechanic Bill, he said he had just finished dialing in the caster and was currently setting the camber. Personally, I dont understand how the hell he thought he was going to set the camber on a dependent solid axle without a battering ram, as on my specific model of car the camber is preset by the factory and is set that way indefinitely, it is impossible to change unless you start bending axles or installing extendable ball joints. Either this "master" mechanic Bill isnt such a master or he is trying to scam people who dont know much about cars into paying more for his "valuable" work. Furthermore, upon picking up the vehicle I looked at the garage and this "master" mechanic Bill was sitting in the opening of one of his bays laughing at me with one of the other mechanics there. Upon inspecting the work they had performed, it seems that they had removed and never replaced the cotter-pins in my tie rods up front, the very tie rods that hold my wheels from splitting in separate directions. This would make the alignment last a very short time, as well as possibly causing serious injury to myself when driving the vehicle if the tie-rods separated at higher speeds. I am thoroughly disappointed in this "master" mechanic Bill and his upselling techniques as well as him attempting to play on my perceived ignorance, and the salesman Adrian for attempting to push these sales on me and the two of them being rather rude when I called them out on the camber/caster problem. When I payed for the car the salesman was rude about it also, telling me to take my business elsewhere instead of offering a reasonable explanation for the service I had received. I definitely do NOT recommend anyone do business with such a dishonest shop.

Stay away. They just do terrible work. I took my car in for an oil change more than a year ago. Their staff was nice, explained everything and seemed knowledgeable. I decided to have my timing belt replaced a few months ago. They completed the work, the price seemed a little high but the shop was at a convenient location. Now maybe 2 months after the servicing my engine started running really rough. I made a note to take it in but a few days later my check engine light came on and my car had no power. I took it back to Service Street and they said my drive shaft sensor was bad and the bracket was broken (which is located right next to the timing belt). So I paid to have them replace the sensor and they also replaced the timing belt again under warranty. I picked up the car, drove it home and left it on the driveway. The next morning it doesnt start. So now I had to get the car towed back to Service Street. Went in and now their front desk guy are giving me the 3rd degree about how i have been driving it, and saying that they dont know much about it but said they would take a look. During this same period I took my wifes car in to Service Street to get an oil change and check the breaks (the were squeaking). They said they found a loose bracket on the breaks and said they fixed it. 2 weeks later the noise is back and much worse sounding. Took the car back in and they said they did some other adjustment. 3 weeks later the sound is back. They pretty much didnt do anything, probably just sprayed WD-40 on it. Total waste of money. Both our cars run much worse now. So my suggestion is if you need anything other than an oil change, stay away
