The team at this Big O Tires is great! I have had them put new tires on several of my cars. The guys in the front of the house (Jeff, Ben, & Julian) are very helpful and provide great tire recommendations for the various vehicles I have. The guys in the back of the house are great too! I recently had a tire go flat on me (late in the day) and Ben was able to get it replaced the next day. Two days later, I lost the replacement tire in a blowout. I called the front office and Julian was able to get another replacement for me right away and Bobby put it on the next day. I took the car home right from the shop and the next morning the same tire was flat. I purchased some replacement wheels because we could not figure out what was causing the same tire to go flat overnight. When Bobby was removing the tire from the old wheel, he showed me that the old wheel was split (attached pic) which was causing the leak. As I was leaving, I overheard that Bobby stayed after his shift to swap out the other tires and wheels for me. That is true customer service, truly above and beyond the call of duty. There are several other guys in the back that helped out and unfortunately I only know their nicknames or I would give them a shout-out by name as well! Ive always had a great time talking to the front & back of house guys and they are all very helpful. Keep up the GREAT work guys!

I arrived at this store 10:00 am left at 2:30 pm11-09-2015 to get my tire repaired , so i was able to experience the view of other unhappy customers that had been waiting for 3 to 4 hours as well , The Customer Service were handling there end fine , They took me to the back to show me why my tire could not be repaired , at 1:30 they were definetly not short handed from what i could see they had plenty of people working back there there should have been no one waiting over an hour , if it wasnt for the other customers and there long unhappy expressions and unhappy comments and waiting periods , i probably would have reacted the same way i was being treated , i like to think i am a nice guy , but i didnt feel like a nice guy when i left big o tires , so needless to say i will not give big o tires anymore of my bussness and from what i seen i really dont think any of the customers that were there at the time frame that i was will give them anymore of there bussness either . Thank You Big O Tires for Putting A Bad Taste In Our Mouths .

This is the worst tire company in woodland park. They are over priced, the building is filled with incompetent worthless employees that treat customers terrible. I dont almost 50 miles after they told me on the phone that they could mount some tires for me. When I arrived there they told me that they wouldnt for a stupid reason that they could have told me on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Dont ever go to this tire place, you will regret it. Dont believe theyre false advertisements either, those advertisements are for specialty tires that they almost never have in the store, tha way they can try to coax you into buying more expensive tires. Even Walmart has way better customer service and better prices on tires. Big o has lost a customer for ever. DONT GO TO BIG O TIRES!

Very dissatisfied! My elderly mom went for a simple oil change, they proceeded to tell her she needed a radiator flush, and brake fluid change which was completely FALSE she had had a complete brake job done 4 months earlier at another place that ripped her off there as well! The very next day while driving home her radiator started spewing fluid out all over, she pulled over into a station spent 26.00 bucks on fluid, got home, the next day broke down again took it to a local shop they told her radiator was shot and needed to be replaced, BIG O Tires Should have noticed it was bad and leaking, Terrible service, They will try to sell you CRAP you dont need!

I went to get a tire mounted, stood in line for about 5-10 minutes while two salesmen completed their work. A man came in behind me and stood for a few minutes and then they recognized him and started to wait on him ignoring me completely. Im all for helping a guy with a quick question but ignoring a waiting customer is unforgivable. I wont go there again. The shop was a mess, hard to park, and the only redeeming thought was a blond girl offered to fill a low tire for me without hesitation. GUYs take care of customers and recognize people waiting with at least a HELLO!

Im new in town and needed some work on my vehicle done. I had heard great things about Big O Tires in Woodland Park. So, I drove all the way from Springs to Woodland Park. Let me tell you it was well worth the 40 minute trip from my house. The manager Jeff was outstanding. They exceeded all my expectations. I am so thrilled I have found such a stand up group of honest and hard working men. Thank you doesnt quite express the gratitude I have. You have a life long customer. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!!!

This past weekend, my friends and I decided to have a fun girls weekend at Mountain Sun Cabins in Woodland Park. We decided to go into town and got a flat tire along the way. When we arrived at Big O Tires they were about to close. Tyler and Tito stayed late to fix out tire and put it back on our car. Tito also told us a couple things that would pro long the life of our tires. I strongly recommend Big O Tire in Woodland Park. They were incredibly helpful!

I went to Big O and they told me my tire was ruined as the screw was on the side wall. I told them it wasnt and they insisted. I had them put on the spare and I went on my way. But not before they tried to upsell $700+ in tires. Later, I went to Discount Tire they took half a glance at it and said they would have it patched up and back to me in minutes, and they did. Discount Tire is the best. Big O tried to hustle me.

These guys saved me over $2000 by finding an inexpensive and permanent fix for my BMW. I live 4 hours away from this location but i will bring all my cars here for their terrific service. If youre in the area or even close I strongly recommend going to see these guys. I dont always YELP, but when I do, its because of an unbelievable experience with a business. These guys seriously surprise me.

Car was fine until they did routine maintenance. Warning light came on in a few days then was told they could fix it for $350. Took them several days to do it then go to pick up the car and it still has the same warning light. They tell me "yeah we dont really work on that stuff". I was told my car wont be drive-able after I just paid them $350 for a "fix". AVOID THIS SHOP!
