You get what you pay for...Im not from a slow place, so I can spot a group of con artist from a mile away!!! At age 46, I cannot honestly say how many cars I have owned. But I know that I have NEVER been asked for "about half of money up front," as James put it (not even as a kid getting work done by a shade-tree mechanic). James (of Harleys - hes probably the owner) actually told me that I would need to give him $1500 before they could start work on my car (after a tow bill & having my car in his shop, virtually held hostage, I guess they never expected me to have it towed AGAIN)! Of course, I was blown away by this and asked if he ever watches the news, because every so-called consumer expert out there says NEVER pay a contractor, mechanic, etc. a dime until the work is done!! He mentioned that it was an expensive job (as if I didnt know that - Im the one PAYING for it, at another shop now)!! Experts say if a service cannot afford to do a job and pay for the materials, so they CAN charge you for a job well done - or in this case - just DONE!! Sounds like they wanted me to pay for the parts up front so that they could buy them at a great price then mark them up on me...all on my dime!!! NO HARLEYS for this civilized NON-SUCKER!!! Sure give me your money and just because people say good things about us...It has been my experience that in Colorado, a retarded MONKEY could do one good thing, 1000 bad ones and still get a killer rating. FYI Harleys: its less insulting to everything to just run a credit check!! GOLDEN!!! James claims that he could not give a "ballpark out the door price, but where its being worked on now gave an out the door price guarantee (a price I won;t pay more than). So I am paying a bit more where I chose to go, but these folks were up front about just how bad it would hurt and they offered great financing too... As an x car guy I have seen that stupid look on the faces of many that says "oh crap we just lost a GREAT sale!!!" You know how that look is always trying to be disguised, right? They are smoooooth operators over at Harleys!! But they do have good prices!!!

I took my car in last week for some electrical problems, which are usually pretty costly to repair. Harleys Autotech Inc checked the elctrical system out carefully, then sat down with me to explain what the problem was and how it could be repaired. It still wasnt cheap, but the work was done well and they did their best to keep the cost down. They gave me a printed quote and that is what I paid, even though the service took longer than they had anticipated. I would recommend them highly.

When Harleys Autotech Inc says that they are a Christian family owned business and that they are dedicated to providing high quality service at fair prices, they obviously mean it. They have always been more than fair to me as far as cost, and whether it has been a regular tune up or a large repair, they have always completed the work professionally. If I have even the smallest problem with the work, they do whatever is necessary to make it to my satisfaction.

Had me pay 2 hours for labor on a repair I said I did not need, they insisted it needed to be repaired, after spending the time they realized they did not in fact need to make the repair, still charged me the labor in full. Also charged me for 2.5 hours in labor and spent 1.5 hours working on my vehicle. Guy also mentioned he had his mechanic going "back and forth," working on 2 vehicles... so I got way overcharged on a job that probably took 30 minutes.

I called and talked to Charley regarding my problem with my vehicle. He was so kind and helpful over the phone. I felt safe driving with NO power steering belt directly to his repair shop, (only 3 miles away). I was in and out of there, same day in less then an hour! Talk about service!! Soo very impressed and I will recommend them to the World!! Family Owned and you can tell just by walking in the door! Good hearted people Big Time! Jane P.

I was looking for a used car to buy, and took several to Harleys Autotech Inc for an inspection before making a purchase. I know they had to be tired of seeing me! They checked each car carefully and showed me hidden problems that could prove quite costly to repair. When they finally gave me a clean bill of health on one, I knew that I could feel confident in making the purchase. It has been a great little car!

I was not happy with my experience here. It took them 3 times before they correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my car and I had to pay for the incorrect diagnosis along with the correct one. Also, my car smelled like cigarette smoke for about a week after I got it back. I felt they were not professional in their dealings with me and could not in good conscious recommend them after my experience.

I use to live closer. WhenI moved I tried several places close to me, in Lone Tree, but was NOT happy. Its a long way for me to go but well worth it!!! They even call within a week of your service to check on how things are going. I dont know another repair place that does that. Love this place!!!

I had this problem with the wipers on my Chrysler Minivan were they would intermittently wipe when off. I was quoted by these wise guys down the street for a new computer. But Harleys found the problem and was able to fix it in under a hour and for hundreds less than the other guys.

Best service Ive had in forever!! Guys found exactly what was wrong and fixed it for half the cost of another place who had failed to do the right job. They also followed up with me to see how my car was still doing... greatly appreciate the CS! Everyone should go here.

Harleys Autotech team did a great job rebuilding the transmission on my Acura. The price was reasonable, the job was completed on time and under budget, and it came with a three year warranty. If you need transmission work done on your car, I would highly recommendthem!

We will never take our cars to another mechanic, Harleys Autotech is that good. Ive been getting my trucks and cars serviced by them for about 3 years, maybe longer. Always honest, always fair, isnt that what were all looking for in a mechanic!!!
