I have been a customer for years but this is it for me. Im done. I was rear-ended a few days ago. Took my older car in to have them look underneath for any damage (I could hear metal on metal but no visible damage.) They found the bolts that held the engine in place had been knocked off and Frank, one of the managers called me to tell me the car was dangerous to drive as the engine might fall out. I told him I would meet an adjuster there in the next few days (the insurance company told me the adjuster would set a time with me in 1-3 days to meet there) and I would let Frank know when that time would be. I go to pick up my approved rental car only to find out the rental car had been cancelled. After three hours of phone calls I find out that the adjuster (of course he pulled a fast one) met with a non-mechanic at Firestone (Roberto) who gave him access to my car and my written records that I had not even seen yet and told him the car leaked oil (unrelated to the accident). The adjuster ruled that there was no damage to the vehicle. It is undriveable and I had to have it towed to my house. Afterwards, Frank was a real jerk, would not take my calls, took no responsibility, had no plan of action and generally avoided me all day. They have created such a mess for me. Unprofessional, juvenile management. By the way the district manager has no contact information and hides behind corporate protection. Also FYI, the reviews here add up to 2.3 not 3.5. Even Google is covering up for these guys.

How many mechanics does it take to screw in a light bulb? Apparently enough to where it would cost almost $300. I went to Mercedes and they replaced both headlights for only the cost of the light bulbs which were $14 a piece for a total cost with tax of $30 bucks. The guy there said that his computer said it would take him 3 HOURS to do. 3 HOURS! Ive replaced my right head light before and it took me 7 MINUTES! I wanted a professional job to catch any details I might miss but how many details could be involved? Well not much, the process goes: lift hood remove cap unclamp wires, swing off arm, take off bulb put in new bulb, swing arm in place, put wire clamp back on, put on cap repeat on other side. Does that sound like a $250 job to you? This is my first car but even I know better than that and the pro mechanics that changed my light bulbs agree. The worse part is that they will not waver whatsoever. Meaning that if they only spend 20 min on changing 2 bulbs with a computer estimated 3 hours, they will still charge me FULL PRICE regardless! This is what they call swindling. There is no way around it, this is downright shamelessly greedy.

This is by far, the most amazing customer service that I have ever received thanks to David Mitchell. I had an accident and destroyed a couple of tires and needed them to be replaced immediately. I use my car extensively for work. Unfortunately it was discovered that I destroyed one Rim and it would need to be replaced. David and the rest of the staff got my car operational w the spare plus 3 brand new tires, and then went on the most amazing search to find a reasonably priced Rim. He even worked on his day off to locate a rim. Without having too much luck w a replacement rim, he actually found a company that perfectly repaired my damaged rim saving me several hundred dollars!! I still cant believe the exceptional level of customer service that he provided to me, but I am so very thankful. I have always bought my tires at Discount Tires, but I will ONLY use Firestone from now on, and particularly this Firestone Tire Center...What an amazing, professional, and knowledgeable employee they have in David, and any other employee that I spoke w over the phone was exceptional. Thank you David and Firestone for such great Customer Service!

My family has been taking cars here for 20 years and have always had a great experience until recebtly...brought the car in because of a bad wheel wobble, very bad...they gave me an alignment and balanced the tires, told me it was fixed....but I got into the car and it was still wobbling....so I take it to Autotek down the road and they say the same thing, needs an alignment and balance, told them that Firestone just did that....they said they must not have because all my tires were between 1.5 and 2 ounces out of balance...Firestone never balanced my tires and charged me for it, the only reason I havent given a lower rating was because I have been going for years and this is only the 2nd time some thing like this has happened, other time was them not resetting the oil change light

Ive been to MANY Firestone automotive service locations, and this one stands out By Far as the best one Ive ever been to. Brandon went ABOVE and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired and corrected exactly the way I described and expected. I was so impressed by Brandons customer service and technicians attention to detail, that I brought my wifes car there the very next day to have the alignment performed, as well. I am now a permanent customer of this location for life because of the way their staff treated me and my wife. Thanks Brandon! You made our cars perform excellently!

Pulled in with a flat tire, walked in and heard the customer in front of me complaining that they werent returning his calls or calling him with any updates on his car. Rude guy behind the counter, rolling his eyes and grunting, moving slowly. I go out side to put my spare on, since this was obviously going to take a while. Then I look up and see the Bastard behind the Counter just sitting there shaking his head, watching me struggle with crappy car jack. F that place,I threw the tire in the trunk and went to Big O, just north of it down the street.

Solid Shop - Despite cancelling my appointment 3 days in a row, on the 4th day, service was great and the people were professional and friendly. Intended to get brakes, rotors, and a full syn. oil change. But Brandon( I think thats the right name) called to let me know that the rotors and surprisingly the pads still had a good amount of life left and I would be wasting to get them replaced now. What mechanic does that??? I appreciated it. Will definitely come back. Sent my girlfriend for an oil change since and she also had a good experience.

Ok I use the Firestone before in ch ch and they were nice to me too but today I need change tire and I came to this location and I tell u I never treated better then here. Brandyn Bicknese was closing the shop and stay for me and he did change my tire very quick! He was very polite and kind. Then service is fantastic it is better to drive a little far and leave with feeling wow! I will comeback to this location anytime - even if I have to drive far. I recommend to anyone to come to this location and ask for Brabdyn! Anna Andersen

The folks there are nice enough but the service is lousy - I had a flat repair done and on the way home my front end shaking like crazy - could have been tire not on all the way or unbalanced - I call in morning to tell them I am bringing it in and am told they have no appointments! REALLY? There is something wrong that could be unsafe and you cant take care of it right away? I was even willing to leave my car. This is the second time this has happened.
