Ive been using peaks auto for a few years now. Ive always had a great experience with Roger and his mechanics. They have always been trustworthy and honest people and had great prices, which is why i always came back. Recently, i stopped in to have my car looked at for an oil leak. I was told it had multiple oil leaks. The oil pan gasket, oil pressure sensor, along with a few other things that i wasnt aware that needed to be fixed. I was quoted around $1000. That is currently not in my budget, so i decided to have someone else look at it to get a second opinion and to see if there would be a price difference... What i found out was that my oil pan gasket has already been resealed and was not leaking. The issue with my oil leak was the front crankshaft seal and the oil pressure sensor..only!!! Since Roger is no longer in the shop, i feel that the other people running the place are trying to get extra $ by telling you that you need extra parts, that you dont even need. I may be a female...but never underestimate us! Roger should really look in to who he is having run his place. Its really a shame. Sadly, i will no longer be coming to peaks auto as they have changed drastically in the past year..

I called this place yesterday to ask about tire repair. I had a tire with a hole in it that I was told was too close to the side wall to be fixed and I wanted a second opinion. Michael at Peak Auto Service told me to bring my car in and he would be happy to take a look and give me his opinion. He told me if he wasnt able to fix the hole, they could certainly try and find a used tire to replace my tire with. I took my car in today. Not only did Michael and his technician fix not one but two of my tires, but they got to work as soon as I arrived. It was clear they were working on other vehicles, but took 30 minutes to fix my tires so I didnt have to wait. Not only do they have great customer service and do quality work but the price they charged was very reasonable. I wont be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you!

Incredible service. They called me a couple times the day I dropped off my car to let me know what was going on, what optional things they could fix, what might need to be ordered, etc. I feel like I got charged incredibly fairly for the services provided, and I would absolutely go back if I had any more car problems. They were professional and very thorough, and I felt safe driving away from this place.
