Im new to the area and with a Honda that has 183K miles on it, I cant risk my car being mishandled. Jimmy and his team at Pro Imports are AMAZING! Im one of those people who will research the problem online, read forums, and ask others around me before I go to a mechanic. I like to know what issues Im facing and ask the right questions. The guys at Pro Import didnt give me the feeling that they werent listening to me. They LISTENED, understood, performed above expectation, and really took care of me and my car. The shop is clean, professional and quiet. I now understand why all of the "dealerships" dislike this place, its because they do it right. They take care of the customer, perform services correctly, and they have integrity for their work. I will forever send my car to this ONE shop. Thanks guys!

Trust. If you cant trust the mechanic you take your car to, then youve got nothing. Most of us possess only the most basic knowledge of cars, so we have to trust that were being told the truth. With Jimmy and his team you have that confidence. Because Jimmy is always clear in his diagnoses, your choices, and his recommendations. And in my experience, the service performed remedies the diagnosed issue. The success rate with my car has been so great that I no longer take my car to dealership service departments. I simply dont trust them as much. I learned of Jimmy through a family member and now our entire family are customers. If youre looking for a business you can trust, then youve found it at Pro Import. They get my highest recommendation.

Ive been going to Pro Import for regular service on my Subaru Legacy for 3 or 4 years. There arent enough good things to say about this shop: the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (they specifically take time to explain issues in terms you understand); the prices are incredibly fair; the service times themselves are always reasonable; most importantly of all, the work stands the test of time. When I moved into my new house (which, instead of being 5-7 minutes away, is now 20-25 minutes away) my choice was a no-brainer: Pro Import will continue to be my service shop, no matter the distance. This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had, hands down. Everything from trying to find the cheapest parts, to not charging for something they felt was minor (although any other place could have/would have charged), to just being super friendly and helpful and calling to check in....they know how to treat people. I have two imports and Ill never bring the cars anywhere else. Before leaving, I was asked if I had any questions and I said, "Why are you guys so awesome?" The response, "I want to do a good job but also sleep at night." Cant beat that.

As another reviewer mentioned, these guys went door to door selling a coupon book for a bunch of oil changes or so for $60 (among other coupons for their services). I decided to give it a shot. Jimmy and his crew honored all the coupons and I havent take either of our cars anywhere else since (its been a couple years now). Great service, straight up recommendations (they tell me if somethings not serious enough to worry about), they will price match within reason, and are fast and reliable.

These guys went above and beyond today - as they have before for me. My battery was dead - a battery they just put in a few months ago. They replaced the battery without charge, noticed some other things wrong (window stuck open, etc), found the parts and got it all fixed in an afternoon. Then, they delivered the car back to me. THANK YOU! All I was looking for in a shop - very good mechanics, good rates, trustworthy, fast. Glad to have found you.

Very affordable quality import care. I had never met the people there, and dropped my car off after hours. I was traveling and didnt make it back until after they had closed the next day. They had fixed the three things I asked them too, at a very affordable price, with quality work. They didnt need their hands held throughout the process - they did what it took to get it done - right, without much input from me. I will definitely be returning here.

The guys are simply honest and straight to the point and will not give you the run-around. Pricing for labor is competitive but is more than fair for this level of professionalism. We had someone come to our door with a coupon when we first bought our hose six years ago. Seemed like we made our money back on oil changes alone so we went with it. Well weve never gone back. Jimmy and the guys are the best. Ive always felt like I can trust them and they always do a great job. Plus I get to go next door tot eh brewery while they do everything and they bring the keys to me when theyre done. I recommend the Superpower IPA.

These guys do great work. I bought a 2015 Honda EX-L from the auction that needed a new engine installed. I ordered from LKQ and had the engine delivered. Very reasonable rates, no horrendous markup on their parts like you get with a dealership and they gave printouts of all diagnoses, the alignment, and parts so everything about the bill was very thorough with no surprises. I picked up a temp registration from the DMV and drove it home!

Very capable mechanics! I have taken my Saab here a few times and they haven worked on it perfectly for reasonable prices (unlike a lot of other Saab-only guys). They seem to specialize in Honda/Acura stuff, but dont hesitate to take other makes here, I saw some American cars in the bays as well. Awesome customer service, Tim the service writer even let me take his Jeep for a quick errand while my car was being worked on!

Jimmy and his team have been working on my familys cars since 2006. No one has ever had a less than great experience. They dont use lots of jargon or tech talk, they have never tried to talk me into anything extra, and have always been honest and upfront about pricing, which is very competitive. Weve taken 4 different Honda Accords and 2 Toyota Corollas in the past 8yrs. This team has always delivered.
