I had brought my vehicle to Colorado Tire because the brake screech was indicating they needed to be changed. Their mechanics confirmed there was a problem with the brakes that required not only pads but also rotors. I told them that the brakes had been replaced 12,000 miles prior. Rather than picking me off and replacing the brakes and rotors, either Lance or Paul (I do not recall which it was) told me that I should take the car back to the mechanic who has replaced them originally. Colorado Tire said they would have replaced them for only labor if they had installed the brakes originally. The mechanic who had replaced them originally did the same. I so appreciated the integrity shown by Colorado Tire on this transaction. After this, I brought the same vehicle in for a couple of small service items. I was very pleased. Then recently, we purchased tires. Their price was actually a couple of hundred dollars less than my usual tire provider. Once again, I left very pleased. Thanks Paul and Lance for the great service, professional in every respect.

These guys came highly recommended from Google and from my friends, and so I thought I would try them out last week. I was in the market for a new used card, and so in the interest of having someone check it out I wanted to take it to get it inspected by a repair shop I trust. I live in Colorado Springs and so I was not able to drive it all the way down to my normal shop as I bought the car in Denver. I brought them the 4Runner, they took a look at it, gave me an honest review of the vehicle and gave me the final confidence I needed to buy the car! Now, that being said, I didnt have them perform any actual car repair or service on the vehicle other than performing the standard vehicle diagnostic, so I cannot review on their reliability there. However, I think you can find plenty of other reviews here that speak to their prowess and reliability with auto repairs and service as well. Also, they are SUPER friendly, which is a nice topping on the cake. If you are looking for a reliable shop to bring your car, I would recommend these guys.

10/10 I highly recommend Colorado Tire and Service. They are absolutely fantastic. Colorado Tire and Service on Quebec and Arapahoe is the #1 auto repair shop I have ever been to (and Im sure the other locations are equally as great). Here is my story: I get a flat tire and I took my car into Big O Tires (CTAS is closed on Sundays so I couldnt take it in there). The next day they tell me Im going to need to replace all of my tires because my tire was unfixable. Then they try to sell me their brand tires for a "buy three get one free". Give me a break. Since it was Monday and they were open, I take my car to CTAS and they told me it WAS fixable and they could do it in 30 minutes. I had to wait overnight for Big O just to look at my tire. Paul was great, even though he was short staffed, he was an extremely hard worker and extremely friendly. Lance, who usually helps me is also fantastic. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Colorado Tire and Service to anybody who needs their car problems taken care of professionally and honestly.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Paul at Colorado Tire and Service. I was in a very tight situation and called, Paul answered the phone and was very kind and right away made me feel comfortable and like I could trust him. Rare thing with being a female and not knowing much about cars its very easy for auto places to take advantage of you (has happened on more than one occasion to me). I took my car in about 30 mins later and right away he was very attentive and made sure he explained everything so I could understand. I asked a lot of questions and not once did he look annoyed with me not knowing what he was talking about. The price was fantastic which made me want to cry because every other place quoted me high amounts for Break replacements. I would recommend Colorado Tire and Service to ANYONE I come in contact with. Everyone seems fantastic, but I will personally always ask for Paul.

Trust If there is one thing I am mostly looking for when getting my car worked on its that one simple word, trust. From the first time I was in a few months ago lance (Im pretty sure thats his name) earned my trust by giving me the straight information that actually delayed me buying new tires. I will absolutely be looking nowhere else when I do get new tires later this year. Not only did this help me out but it earned my other business besides tires and have had my car in since for brakes and differential work as well as my wifes car for a tire puncture. Colorado Tire and Service is the only location well be using for any / all auto needs. I originally chose this location from all the great reviews on google and happy to add one more so the next person in need ends up with these guys (and gals!). Thanks again! Tom

For the first time today, I decided to try out Colorado Tire & Service for an oil change and I was extremely impressed. Not only was I tremendously pleased with their work, but also their genuine customer service. I could tell right away that they were not interested taking advantage of me and my lack of automotive knowledge, but instead, committed to making sure I was satisfied with my service. In doing so, they have earned my business and I will undoubtedly use them for all future services. If you are looking for experts who are willing to take you to and from work, all while keeping a smile on their faces, look no further. I will never take my car back to my expensive dealership again. Great service! These guys are thorough, polite and friendly. I received an email with an breakdown as to what needs to be replaced, their suggestions and the health rating of different components of the car. In this email was pictures of the different fluids and pieces of the car that need to be replaced, they showed comparison pictures as a reference. It was incredible. Weve been looking for a great auto repair shop for my Subaru and my wifes Suburban. These guys do top notch work, theyre honest and reasonably priced (better than going to the dealership). You boys have earned a our business. Hope we dont have to see each other too often, but when we do, I know were getting taken care of!

I took my 04 Jeep Wrangler in for service recently and was impressed with the customer service and quality of work provided. As a female who doesnt know much about auto repair, it can be difficult to trust the recommendations for service at times. Due to past experiences, I have a fear of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge on the subject... The staff was able to explain the problem and solution in simple terms I could understand. Luckily the repair was minimal- so my Jeep was back to me within the day. FAST! I trust their work and highly recommend anyone looking for auto service or tires to check them out. Colorado Tire & Service is a premier service provider!
