I made an appointment at this place already knowing what I wanted to get repaired, which were my front rotors. After getting the car dropped off I call Dan at the shop and ask about my vehicle. I am told that my front driver side axle needs to be replaced as the boot is beyond repair. Fair enough. But this is what gets me. He tells me that it looks like its already been replaced at least once before. I immediately got suspicious and lost trust as this vehicle was bought with 0 miles by my mother who quickly confirmed what I already knew, that no such part has ever needed fixing or replaced. I declined on getting that fixed, since I would clearly need a second opinion. I did end up getting my front rotors done because at this point a whole day had been spent here. The car was dropped off at 9:15am and wasnt ready until 2 pm, although when I initially made the appointment I was told that the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. They seem to be ok so far, but I cant say I would return regardless. I felt like the owner was incredibly patronizing after I told him that the axle had never been replaced. He replied with "thats neither here nor there". Excuse me, sure the work might be necessary regardless, but it matters to me when you lie to me and try to scare me into something. It was an overall disappointing experience, which is a shame. I had higher expectations based on the reviews.

I went there to get a tune up done on my car. The car hadnt been starting well and it seemed under powered, which was consistent with it needing a tune up. They did the tune up and it cost me $400. But when I went to go drive it afterwards, it still seemed under powered. I wasnt so sure they did such a good job on their tune up. Two months later the car was taking 3 blocks to get to 35mph. So I took it in thinking my transmission had gone bad. It turned out the catalytic converter was on its last leg. Recently it occurred to me when I was looking around for someone to do the catalytic converter, that these guys claim to do it. So I wondered why they didnt catch it and tell me about it. Im not saying they did a bad job on the thing I paid them for. But Im very disappointed that they didnt figure this out. I will not be coming back.

Went today for a simple (synthetic) oil change and not only they are friendly, down-to-earth, polite, and caring, but they also honored an offer they have going on that I had no idea about. This shows that they are honest and work in the best interest of the client. In terms of the service, it was prompt and to the point. The only thing they strongly suggested was a new battery (we really need to change it soon, so is not like they were looking for things to repair/fix- it was an obvious thing), but they were in no way pushing to install it themselves. I will definitely go back in the future. We just moved to the area and is hard to find winners right away when it comes to services. Thanks again guys.

I run my own business and its hard, 1. Not to not have my car with me at all times and 2 worry about being taken to the bank by someone . These Guys are far from that. They were Great! HONEST (which is so rare now a days) explained what the actual issue was so I as a customer understood as well as a very good price! My car was in and out and we were back on the road to meet our next client. May I add I needed brakes and rotors! I have definitly found my life long CAR shop! I know alot of people and I will be telling them as well about these Guys. Thank you for being such a wonderful bunch of peope to deal with and HONEST!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Terrible experience, dishonest shop. I took my car in to be looked at since I had a noise coming from my brakes. Got a call from Fred at the front desk saying I need new front brakes and new rotors since mine had blue and white marks from overheating, he quoted me $430-I immediately called brakes plus who quoted me $310. Long story short I didnt let CAR touch it and took my car to a brake and alignment shop. There was completely NOTHING wrong with my brakes. The owner showed me how my brakes and rotors looked and said there were no signs of overheating whatsoever. He saved me so much money.

Do not trust this business. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you!! I brought my car in to be looked at because it had a strange pull to it and needed an alignment due to uneven tire wear on my previous tires. After my car was there all day they called and said it need all new bushing and it was unsafe to drive. Complete auto care quoted me over $600. I got a second opinion from a family friend who has a shop in Littleton and they said there is nothing wrong with the bushings and everything in the front end was fine. Its really sad that people are so dishonest. I would not recommend this business.

My experience at this shop was horrible!!! The staff is super friendly and nice but my experience was not good. I went in to get my car looked at because it was making a weird noise by the front left tire. The person I spoke to had told me that they wouldnt charge to look at it and I ended up paying $60 basically for nothing! I asked what was causing the noise and they told me that it was the motor mounts but they werent sure. Umm so why would you charge me if your not sure what it is. I will never recommend nobody here ever again! If you have a Cadillac go to Rickenbaugh.

Over priced and poor service. They changed my oil and as part of the oil change there is a vehicle inspection. They alerted me to a loose underpanel that would have taken 30 seconds to at least temporarily secure. Instead they did nothing and just told me about. In addition they didnt notice that one of the battery terminal clamps was so corroded that it no longer existed and I got broken down in the middle of the mtns about 2 weeks later. The overpriced detail was for a front brake job that cost me 270 bucks.

My car broke down suddenly and Complete Auto Care came to my rescue. My battery, alternator and water pump were broken. They were completely booked but still diagnosed my car the same day! I very much appreciated the service and professionalism. In a day and age of, "It sucks to be you" both Dan and Fred made my problem their problem. They fixed my car that day and it needless to say saved me in the best way possible. I will be recommending Complete Auto Care to family, friends and co-workers.

This my go to spot for any vehicle issues or basic upkeep! They are honest and extremely helpful! My last service I was updated that my bill would be $10 more than originally quoted and I truly appreciate them being up-front and asking if that was okay before they continued service. The staff is friendly and out of all of the years I have owned a car Ive never felt more comfortable taking my car into a shop. I recommend Complete Auto Repair to any and everyone - They are the best!!!
