I have 3 teenagers and 3 high mileage vehicles. Weve been using Hitek for the last few years to keep these vehicles running and in a safe condition. They do a great job letting you know what needs to be done versus what can wait. For example, my oldest daughters Honda has +200k miles and goes through a quart of transmission fluid every 3k miles. Hitek told me I could go through a lot of transmission fluid before I would equal the cost of repair of replacement of the transmission. They also said it wasnt going to cause another problem or was the sort of thing that made the car unsafe or would strand my daughter. I had a horrible experience with another repair shop that is further North on Main street. They replaced a head gasket and a few miles later a piston ring came loose and ruined the engine. They claimed no culpability and even charged me to look at why the engine freezed up and to explain why it wasnt their fault. Car problems are never a pleasant problem, everything considered weve been as happy as happy as one can be with Hitek.

I had a the bearings on the idler pulley on my timing belt start to go out on a 96 Mazda. They were able to get the job done quickly and even though it was quite expensive, they gave me a pretty good deal. They did excellent work and the owner even stayed late so that I could pick the car up on a Friday evening so I didnt have to wait until Monday. Bottom line: car repairs are expensive but these guys arent too outrageous and they do good work.

Scott is amazing! I needed repairs done on my Jeep, but couldnt take a day off because I just started my job. He came all the way to Fort Collins to get my car, repair it, and bring it back to my job! No one else would have gone out of their way, but Scott did!! He also took the time to explain what was going on with my car, and answered all of my many questions. I will be a customer for life!:)

Very happy with the service I got at Alltek. The mechanic walked me though all the repairs that need to be done now and some things that should be done soon. Went in for rusted fuel lines, it took them all day to charge 53 dollars for a worse leak! Fixed the problem for 49 dollars and a few hours research about the common problems with the make and model of my vehicle.

Weve taken my car and my fiances car in for the last year for anything from oil changes to getting new tires. This is a great place and not overly pricey. They are honest and care about their customers!

these people are thiefs do not take your vehicle there. i was charged 726 dollars and needed a tow truck the next day.i star is too many.they fixed nothing.
