11/15/11 Update to initial review. ALL the Repairs are now done & done Well. After I left a stern voice message, they got back to me. The owner assured me he hadnt received the earlier messages from his staff and promptly reviewed my issues, and keeping the car for an extra day they got the repairs done fully and properly. They got Honda in at their expense to fix an issue they couldnt fix on their own. All issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely give these guys another try as their paint & repair work was quite good. Just keep on them if they drop the ball communication wise. INITIAL REVIEW: 11/1/11 $1,500 Repair Mostly done, but never finished & its causing an even worse problem. Electrical issues that did not exist prior to them installing a "used" drivers door began immediately when I picked up the car from a 4 day door replacement & paint job. Since I picked it up the Remote lock/unlock doesnt work properly and my car battery keeps draining down and the car wont start. My poor neighbor has had to jump my car 3 times already. There seems to be some type of electrical short. I picked up the car on Friday, after the weekend I stopped by the shop & told Joe of the problem. He said his guy that would fix that wouldnt be in until the following week. So I wait another week & call to get a time to drop off the car. Though I called during business hours I got the voicemail, so I left one requesting a good day & time to drop off the car. They never called me back. I began calling 3x a week during business hours and only ever got the voice mail. I always left a message, but NEVER once got a call back. State Farm says they wont keep companies on their recommended list if they wont follow up. Still waiting for a call back, losing trust in this company, which is a hard thing to ever get back.
