I have had 2 experiences with this company, both very positive. The first: my wife took our daughters car to this Midas and told them it needed new brakes. They inspected the car and told her that in fact, the car did NOT need new brakes for another couple of years. Then, this week, I went to BrakesPlus on Wadsworth and 55th for a brake job on a 2000 Toyota 4Runner, and was told by them I needed over $500 worth of work done on my brakes, including new rotors, rebuild of the rear brakes and other ‘hardware’. I was not convinced and took the car to Midas on 64th and Ward Rd, who inspected the brakes and told me that I did NOT need new rotors, and did not even need new rear brakes. The total charge was $220 and the brakes work GREAT!!! It is rare these days to find a company that is actually honest and does good work. We will take all of our cars to Midas from now on.

One visit here cost me over $8,000 worth of damage. I received an oil change, a coolant flush, and a radiator cap replacement from this place. Two days later my car engine and radiator were dead and was told there was a "catastrophic failure" because there was no coolant in my car. I contacted this Midas, and was told they didnt know what happened. They then submitted my claim over to their insurance company, it was denied. And I quote "it is a difference of opinion on the cause of the damage" when it comes to different mechanics. I went in there with a working car, I came out without one. Although the guys that work there are super nice, I would not recommend this place at all.

I Give( Arvada) Midas five stars. These people working on my cars from a long time.Great work, Awesome knowledge and Excellent customer service.Manager name is Abrams Logan, Awesome person and have great front desk skills or customer service. Nate, next to Logan on front desk, very professional with excellent customer service. Daniel, head of maintenance department, Great knowledge and Experience, can take care of any issue in the vehicle .Jimmy, Nick and Bill are the team members work with Daniel in maintenance department , very friendly and knowledgeable people.These all guys are like a family to me. So i recommend this place to everybody for car repairs.

Brought my ride in without an appointment, right before the weekend (no idea what I was thinking). I Was told they would squeeze me in, but perhaps not till the end of the day. It didnt take nearly that long, and they were courteous enough to give me a few updates throughout the day. They were just finishing up as I got there and their assistant manager was very personable, engaging and joking with me while I waited. All in all, a really positive experience. Go in and ask for Nate. He and his team will get you what you need.

Excellent experience at this location. I met with Alex at 7:30am concerning my muffler on my car. Alex pulled my car in on to the lift. Keep in mind I had no appointment. Yet this man treated me as if I was someone important. Alex confirmed my issue explained what work was needed to be performed to correct my issue. Excellent value with excellent service. Now I have a shop I can feel comfortable with working on my vehicles in the future. I pulled away feeling great!

Ultra fast, friendly and the cheapest! Went in for brakes after taking my car to 2 different shops for quotes and this was by the best! Logan the manager was ultra friendly and described in detail everything that was going on and was nicely surprised on how quick they got it done and actually gave me a call (Im finding most shops I have to call them to figure whats going on). Will absolutely be returning to this shop for future repairs. Thanks!

Exceptional experience!! The guys were so nice, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I understood what needed work and what didnt. I can actually say that I had fun while getting my oil changed!! I left knowing that my vehicle was well taken care of. Not often do you run into such a well run business with caring and skilled employees. My new "go to" place for my vehicle maintenance!!

Less than a year later, I had to buy four new tires for my car, because these idiots put the wrong size tires on my car, and they were crappy tires. And this was after selling me on the idea that they were very good tires. They were just trying to get rid of terrible tires they had sitting in their shop for too long. I guess I was the sucker. Dont patronize this place.

Stopped by to have an oil change and some other work completed (Brake light out, wiper blade issues). The oil change was completed on time. The team researched the wiper blade problem and found a solution, called me to confirm the work and the budget, and completed it no problem. They did the same with the brake light. Would go back and plan to.

Got new tires and a brake service there for my wifes BMW. After one of the tires was flat a day later my wife took it back in to get the NEW tire fixed. The sales clerk there charged her for a patch kit to fix a NEW tire that wasnt checked or installed correctly in the first place. They also smeared grease on the interior of my wifes BMW.

When I picked my truck up from a basic oil change I found there was money missing from my wallet, my audio settings were completely different, my subwoofer was on max volume, and on top of that the truck is over filled with oil that I was charged additionally for. Service team of thugs and a clueless management.

went in to get a simple diagnostic on my car and because of the neglect by the staff my cars engine and radiator is damaged and I will be out over $900 to have it repaired. will never recommend or go back to this location. and they refuse to pay for the damages. not authorized is what the manager said..

I would recommend this Midas store to everyone! They told me what they were going to do - they did it - in the time they said they would - and called me to let me know what they had found. I have found a place to take care of my vehicle - where I do not have to worry that they are taking advantage of me!

I went into this location today and I will be a customer for life. Not only did they do a great job they took me out to the car and showed me everything. Alex spent over 30 mins with me showing me every little thing I asked about and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place!

Decided to come here for an oil change. Usually I go to another location Oil change was fast. However, upon receiving my car back. I noticed $100 was missing from my glove compartment. NOT supporting Midas anymore. I encourage everyone to boycott Midas. Especially this location!

Logan and crew take real good car of me and my truck. they have serviced my 2005 Chevy avalanche numerous times and do a great job every time. they are very informative on whats going on underneath my vehicle. they have earned my future business for things I just cant do myself.
