I called the 64th location wanting to replace my battery, a test was recommended I was in a hurry the rep on the phone assured me it would take no time at all free of charge. I pulled up immediately greeted by customer service representative Danielle she was AWESOME!! She was super friendly and knowlagible, she knew exactly who I was when I walked in. she quickly tested and cleaned my vary dirty battery witch solved every problem I had. Went above and beyond for me, She ask that after I was done running tasks to came back for a retest. I did and Im so vary please! She saved my day and battery!!! Never going anywhere else now! She won me over!! Customer service is everything! Thank you autozone and Danielle you guys rock!

Great people, great products, and great prices. I originally went to Advance Auto for some brake parts because AutoZone didnt have one of the parts I needed in stock (and I wanted it right away). Advance ended up giving me bad advice AND the wrong part, so I had to go to AutoZone anyway. The store rep was very friendly and found the right part right away. When she heard I went to Advance first, she even gave me a discount on the part. Just shows great service and that they really care about winning you over against their competitors.

Very helpful and friendly. I wasnt sure about going because of one of the only two reviews slamed them but they were close and I took my chances. Im glade I did!!!!!!
