Worst service ever... we were traveling with our 5th wheel and blew a Firestone tire that had about 8000 miles on it so we needed to replace the tire. Called and spoke to Fred he said he needed to order the tire and to bring the truck in the next day as early as possible, we had the truck there the next morning at 8. We asked Fred to look at our wheel to make sure it would be okay, he didnt seem to want to look at it but my husband persisted and Fred finally went to look at it and said the wheel would be fine, and it was an easy fix we signed the estimate and left. They kept our truck for 7 hrs to mount and balance a new tires we were then told by Fred that there was an additional charge of about $130.00 because it took them longer to get the blown tire off, we told him nobody called us to get that authorized and that he told us when he looked At the wheel that it would not be a.problem so we told him we didnt authorize the extra money so we werent paying it, Fred proceeded to get very agitated and after some discussion he took the charge off, said we should consider it a Christmas gift. After being told there was no warranty on our tire I decided to call Firestone corporate office and was told there is a warranty and they would handle it, I also let corporate know about the horrible customer service and the 7 hr time frame and apparently corporate called.the Longmont store and I in turn got a call from the Service Manager Gary and he assured me he would talk to his District Manager about our situation and how we were treated by Fred as well as refund our money since the tire is warrantied that was 3 weeks ago and have not heard a thing from Gary. I guess I probably never will. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I think Walmart would have been a better option.

I was so disappointed with my last three appointments with firestone in Longmont. I had taken it in for an oil change and they said I needed a brake job. I got it done but then when I got my car back there was a rattle in the rear of my car. I took my car back hoping to fix the problem three times, each time getting something fixed that cost around $300 but the rattle was still there every time. Finally the last time I took my car in I had made an appointment for them to look at the brakes (the noise went away when I put my foot in the brake), their manager Fred had my car for the full second weekend in a row and called to tell me I needed engine mounts! They never even looked at my brakes or had done what I had taken my car in for to begin with! I picked up my car and took it to a real dealership. They test drove it (I had told Firestone to do this many times but I dont think they did). They told me my brake pads had put on backwards!!!!! They fixed it for free and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I had been dealing with Firestone and this rattle for over 6 months!!! The worst part about it was I was telling their manger that it was the brakes and he was so rude and told me I was wrong! Thank you to Swedish motors for doing their job right!!!!!! I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO FIRESTONE!! Im sad that this problem has turned out so negative because I have been taking my car to Firestone since I was 16 and this was the first awful experience Ive had... Thank you to those at Firestone who had treated me respectfully in the past!!

Made an appointment for a tire rotation and the experience ended terribly. I came in to get a rotation done on a set of four tires I had purchased from this store. They took my car in and got started fairly quickly to my amazement. I was approached by the mechanic working on my car with one of my front tires and it was very worn. They suggested replacement, but I am not in a situation where that is feasible. I said just do the rotation and all moved forwards or so I thought. I was given the keys to my vehicle and a receipt saying the rotation was completed and headed home. At my apartment, I looked more closely at the tires and they did nothing. The tires were still in the same locations, and my time wasted by their tech. I called the store right away and the tech that worked on my car said they were also the service manager(Scott). A short "sorry" with nothing following was all he had to say. I asked for him to explain why this happened and he called it a miscommunication, and offered no other explanation or any further solution. He even had a chuckle on the phone as we conversed about the situation. Stay away from this place. By other reviews, this is not the first time they dont complete service as expected. Take your time and money elsewhere if you have any expectation of good service.

My husband and I did research on new tires for 3 or 4 days knowing that the next week it was going to snow and he REALLY needed new tires. We settled on a deal that we found at Firestone. Seemed like really good tires for a great price. We called them and they didnt have them in stock so they said we could order them and come in the next afternoon to have them put on our car. That was okay but the next afternoon was when the snow was coming in. When we showed up for our appointment they did not have the tires that we had requested. In fact they didnt have any tires in that size. They said we could order some other ones for the next day but that those would be $140 more. The snow at this point was already falling and the tires on our car needed to be replace immediately. They did not offer any solutions even though we had done our research, ordered tires, and made an appointment. There were 3 other people trying to get help that were having issues as well. Terrible service! We ended up leaving and going to Peerless Tires who got us tires within 30 minutes with a smile on their face. I will never go back to Firestone.

Can not believe the crappy service!!! I went and got my A/C done there a few weeks ago which cost me 400 dollars and then it stopped working so I took it back in and they said they would re do it for free since I had the warranty..and then somehow magically..its a totally different issue and now my compressor is broken but just because its an old car and I have been using the A/C..is the reason I got. So now they are NOT going to fix it and now I dont have A/C unless I fix it for 700 dollars!! are you kidding me! who charges that much! a compressor is 185 dollars and why the hell would they have not looked at that the first time when they were "fixing" my AC before! Im so mad right now! They charge up the A$$ hole and dont care about anything but money! Now im out 400 dollars and dont have A/C even though I have four kids to chart around and it keeps on raining in this heat! Awesome....Dont Go There! find someplace better! I for one am going to go look at cheaper places and see what a better place can do. Im not going back there ever again!
