I have been without service for 4 days.. A technician was supposed to come out to my property and fix the cable. That person did not do there job because no one ever showed up. Nothing was changed. I called xfinity support and they said a note was made that someone did stop by, but I can confirm no one checked my service.. This is very frustrating, I have a business to run! Yet I cannot complete my clients jobs due to this issue. Please fix your teams way of handling business or fire them. So far I have lost $1,300 in jobs because I cannot complete the work. Please GET THIS FIGURED OUT!!!!!

I am so furious at this company I called to have services started for a week I get different stories from every person I speak to no one knows whats going on with my account no one knows if my area is serviceable everyone is in a different country I try to call the local office and I get a 1 800 call center, the call center tries to transfer me no one at the store answers and they do not have the answering machine so pretty much theres no way to get Comcast services!!!

I Love Comcast it is the best Cable Company if you have a problem with your service they are there to help you and if you need more time on your bill they will find a way to help out. Thank you Comcast for your Cable Service and for having such a friendly staff. There is no competition between Comcast and other Cable companys all the others are rip offs. You can go here and talk with a human you can see. Really, in the same town that you live! I know, wild right. Plus they can actually do something other than apologize for the problems you have with their service ( unlike the 1-800 folks). Have never had personnel there treat me with anything but respect and with a smile. Would have given five stars but my bill just went up.

This company is if fine if you have no problems with the service. If you do, however, they will lie and promise to fix the problem but will simply not show-up for their scheduled appointment. They will then avoid you and leave you hanging. I would think very carefully before doing business with this provider.

Comcast is the worst in every way. Do yourself or your company a favor and go with Secom (or literally anyone else) for service. The amount of time that dealing with with this company takes off of your life varies but you are losing losing some years by dealing with Comcast/Xfinity in any way.

Phones are down at our business. Our fire alarm system cannot communicate in the event of an emergency. After spending nearly an hour navigating their automated phone system on every service number I can find, I learned that all Comcast cares about is if I want to order Wrestlemania.

Figured Id give a good review for this location among all the bad ones. I came in to return my modem (bought my own) and I was instantly received by someone, item returned, and told I would get a prorated credit on my bill. Less than 2 minutes spent inside. Im satisfied.

Comcast would be a great company if they didnt raise your bill every month for no legitimate reason & without letting the customer know. It became so expensive over the next year that it was just completely unreasonable to keep the service.

I have monthly problems with there billing department, but then the home office usually comes through fixing it, just very stressful month after month, even the home office agrees! Been with this company about 23 years, respect.....

Not a big fan. Customer service is very friendly but lies to your face in order to sell or upgrade you. Its rude. The whole thing is not built around customers satisfaction. Just make sure you pay that outrageous bill though.
