in my area the cable has not worked for the last three weeks i called and asked when it might be fixed, a man named tyler told me it could be another three months then told me he would give me a 15.00 credit if that would help, i told him i paid more than that for cable and it seems to be that noone cares anything about their customers, he told me he would check on and put me on hold where he left me after 14 minutes i figured out he wasnt coming back, i guess it is easy to be rude to someone on the phone i am very upset with the way i was treated maybe they think people in alabama are just to dumb to do anything about bad service i have never been treated like that man treated me i pay for my cable and i should be treated that way this is the worst cable company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with by far

As soon as our two years are up we are done ! Hidden charges , after one year they jacked our bill up 25%, then a ten dollar hike the next month and another hike the next month. Unreliable service and they are affiliated with Dish so every year we loose a portion of our programming until they come to an agreement!!!! Just tired of the BS
