I will keep this short by not including all of the horrible experiences over the past year. First off, this has to be the worst company in San Antonio but in some areas it is the only available internet provider. I have had nearly 20 technicians try and "fix" a signal problem ever since I moved to my new home. These people are worthless. The technicians are always late or a no show without even giving you a phone call, so you waste days waiting around just to have nothing accomplished. As a note, they are not "technicians", for they know absolutely nothing about what they are doing or how to troubleshoot a dropping signal problem. A poorly trained monkey could arguably do just as well, and have much less of a mess to clean afterward. If they installed it and it doesnt work properly, you are screwed. They will not tell you this, however, they will just beat around the bush for months and months until you finally give up and quit scheduling appointments. When you call the customer service line you might be able to speak with someone within an hour (more than likely their Mexico City call center). Once you do reach this point they will fill you with lies and empty promises to get you off the phone. Some supervisors will even go as far as giving a false employee number and name so when you call the next time you will have to start all over with a new supervisor (none of the agents know how to communicate with each other). You will always have to repeat everything that has been happening since the beginning because they all either dont know how to take notes, save, or read about the customers ongoing issues. They treat you as if you mean nothing to them. Which you dont, due to the city of San Antonio backing their unconstitutional monopoly. Long story short, my internet is still dropping constantly and I moved last June. This company is so ridiculous it is beyond unbelievable. I could go on forever but I think this is enough to get the point across. Please do whatever you can to not become a "customer" of Time Warner Cable.

I witnessed CSR Patrick tell a customer that there is no supervisor and/or manager onsite at this store. Thats a big problem in anyones opinion. This CSR is poorly trained his etiquette and mannerism is frankly vicious and appalling. I came in at this location to return a basic cable set top box and a phone modem and he tells me that I am being charged a $39 fee to return a tv stb for a technician to install a filter so we dont hijacked their cable lines for basic channels. So I declined the charge and goes ahead and deactivates the internet. After telling him that I dont care if you come in and do what you have to I just dont want to pay the $39. I am at home unsettled about the whole experience to which I called TWC to get the inet running again to finally get with Customer Relations to which I spoke with Drake very helpful he waived the fee and returned my internet service although its a down grade from extreme to turbo a $20 less. The whole phone experience was unnerving from due to having to repeat your story several times but God is good I was finally transferred to the right department (CR Drake) to which he went out of his comfort zone and gave an effort to accept my business with TWC. If your new to this location I recommend call TWC Customer Relations Department first and hash it out with them before you go in any store as to avoid any unpleasantness. Another thing about this location is traffic at this location and parking is horrendous during noon time.

The customer service at this location is good, the employees are great and welcoming but the new change to spectrum is really bad. I have always had good service and minor troubles that were easily fixable but now that everything has changed to spectrum my payment was raised within it notification, somehow nobody can tell me why, or how it went up 50 more dollars a month, and my service has started to cut off. If they add something to your bill they dont let you know or make you aware of it, and my wifi disconnects on its own when it wants. Currently a very disappointed customer and will start looking for new service elsewhere.

People watch out for sales representative gives you great sales pitch and then over charges you. Then you talk to billing and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get money reimbursed. Money you didnt consent to taking out. Why??? If it simple to charge my debit card then it should be simple to put it back. Big company my A$$. If walmat can put money back on your card for over charging you this company should be able to do it right then and there. Shouldnt have to wait that long. They have idiots working there in billing department.

Horrible, HORRIBLE service. They give you an AUTOMATED call to let you know your balance of your bill & to either make a payment over the phone or call to make arrangements. The following day, cable is cut off. So we call to make arrangements, NOPE not until you pay the balance. No arrangements nothing. Very dissatisfied. We are currently looking at other cable providers to switch over to. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Horrible! Ive called 5 times trying to activate new service for internet and have had a horrible experience everytime. Please shut this company down. I wasted 2 hours on the phone with these clowns and still have no internet. They took my payment though. I will call tomorrow to cancel this servixlce that has not yet been activated but has already been charged. FU TWC

Now that they came and fixed what I needed (after 2 months) everything works great. But if I were to pick 1-5 stars a month ago. I would have given it 1 star even that. U would thnk they would give a ddiscount for not having everything u PAY FOR. but how money hungry they are -they wont do even a penny.I feel like Im being taking -for granted. I)

My experience with Time Warner Cable has been nothing short of exasperating. Unfortunately theyre the only service provider in my area so Im stuck dealing with this greedy, inept, dishonest and downright deceitful company until another option presents itself. One star is way more than they deserve!
