Im rating for annoyance. Ive never had this service,Ive never expressed interest, I dont know how they got my number, but now, they wont stop calling me. Ive tried to take my name off of the call list via the recorded phone prompts, since theres no speaking to a human if you dont have an account. The major point of my annoyance is that as soon as I tell them that Im not a client, or ask why theyre calling, or try to ask them to stop, they hang up on me. Im astounded that a business could be so rude! Im receiving the same calls from Time Warner, they also have the same recordings, etc. If this is their version of customer service, I would HATE to be a customer with a problem. Although, considering my experience with these companies, that will NEVER be an issue.
