Despite friendly service, I will never return there. Misdiagnosed an issue twice in one week and assured me that it was okay to drive. The failure to correctly diagnose and address the issue ended up causing further, much more severe, damage to the engine necessitating literally thousands of dollars worth of repairs at a far more reputable garage to get it back to normal running condition. Ive since discussed with several mechanics the situation, and each without fail explained that one inexpensive solution should have been tried immediately. This was not done. If my vehicle were to break down across the street from them in the future, Ill have it towed rather than go back there.

This place is the best. Ive been very pleased with their work on my Honda Accords in multiple visits. For one thing, they read the computer codes free so you know what the issue is before they ever start anything. I had them replace the torque converter solenoid on my car for a very reasonable price after being told by the Honda place I would need an entire new transmission.The car runs great! Its a friendly, fair place where they really do treat you like family, not just in saying hello, but in only doing what you really need and pricing you fairly. I trust them completely and will be their customer forever.

Fast and efficient. Did three days of work in one day because he knew I was vacationing and had to leave area. Fabricated 7 brake lines and other brake repairs to make my Silverado safe again and able to pull boat trailer. Wish I had a neighborhood service shop like this where I live in upstate NY. Rude, and overpriced. Scheduled a tune up for my Hyundai, was told 700, when I refused the repair, the employee became angry. I was charged $94 for diagnostic fee, when I asked what needed to be replaced for that cost, he wrote - plugs,coil,wires - and threw the paper at me.

Quiet Zone mounted snow tires on my factory alloy wheels. In doing the job, they really beat up the wheels, leaving heavy scratches and gouges in the edge of the wheels.
