Bought a 2014 Acura MDX from this dealership and love it. I spoke to Jeff over the phone before coming in and once I got there we went on a test drive. He was very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to test drive the car as much as we wanted, went on the highway, over bumps, etc. Then he was very straightforward with the pricing of the car. One thing I wasnt happy with was the dealer fee of about 979. Its still reasonable and I dont blame them because others post prices about 2k lower than the car actually is and charge that much of a higher fee just so that their car seem priced lower until you go to the dealership. Regardless, the price with this dealer fee was still better than other options out there and they were transparent with me. Other dealerships charge ridiculous amounts like 2,000-5,000 which disgusts me. The car was high miles (75,000) but was very clean. There were a few issues with the car like small crack in the rear bumper, side mirror loose, brake noise. I brought this up during negotiation and their mechanic Vinny took care of everything on my next visit as was promised. Very pleased with mechanics knowledge and ability. For the financing part, I thought I had good enough credit to not have to give a down payment but I was wrong. I was just not happy that I had to get warranty to get a lower rate but on the flip side because its a used car at least I know Im covered. Laura took a lot of her time to get me a better financing deal and I appreciate that. Also, want to thank Trish for taking all my calls and answering all my questions about insurance, registration, etc. Also, the manager Scott was helpful when I needed him to fax some documents to me. Theyre a friendly dealership as far as I know and if youre looking for a car then theyre definitely worth a visit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Went in 6 months pregnant with twins, with my fiance and our 4 yr old looking for a minivan we saw online for $4,000 and change. Wanted to pay cash, was then told it would be over $6,000. We emptied our savings account and bought it. Van wouldnt even start when we wanted to test drive, they had to jump it to start it. Salesman mentioned how easy trannys were to fix in these vans (shouldve been a red light right there). Passenger window was (and still is) broke. They said they would fix it, but i wouild have to bring it back the following week after calling to make an appt. They then wouldnt respond to my calls to set up the appointment. Within 3 months my tranny went. Had to pay $500 to have tranny rebuilt otherwise Rite Cars only covered a used junkyard tranny/installation with the shop they are contracted with. I opted for for the rebuilt because I was given a 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty on it through that auto shop. Fast forward just under a year, tranny went AGAIN! Shop fixed it because it was still covered under their warranty. 3 months after that, my engine went. I have NO car now! $6,000+ wasted and now will be spending an additional $3,000 to have another engine put in. Who sells a piece of garbage vehicle to a family knowing Id have 3 small children in that car!? Very irresponsible con-artists, thats who! Dont waste your time or endanger your family with cars from this lot!! I have had NO contact from them after repeatedly trying to reach out to them, they give me the run around and transfer me to other people in the office then take numerous messages with no return calls. HIGHLY disappointed and furious with these people. THEY HAVE AN "F" RATING WITH BBB! LOOK IT UP!

The sales people are very under-educated in sales and do not have a full understanding of the car industry. We explain very specifically that we wanted a loan that would allow us to pay it off early as we tried working with Rite Car. We spent several hours in the office waiting for the financial staff to complete the loan. After several hours we left advising the Rite Car staff to call back when the loan application was completed. This would be beneficial as we needed to find insurance and allow them time to complete the loan. After another several hour we received a call asking for reschedule for Monday. Again thinking it was in the best interest for both parties we agreed. Monday came and my mother received a call stating she needed to immediately drop off 400$ to secure the car. This is the start of the miscommunication as we were not advised we needed to leave any additional cash until after the loan was processed. Unfortunately Monday did not work out as I was at school so we rescheduled again for Tuesday 5:30 pm. I am not sure about anyone else but when I make an appointment its expect to be prioritized, well we were not we spend over 6 hours from the time I put over 4000 additional cash down until we finally iron out all the details and miscommunication. I think Rite Car has a lot of potential and great car selection but the lack of leadership and communication is the reason I would not recommend this to anyone.

Please Read before you consider buying a car from there. They started off telling me I had a 10% loan then said oh it "3 or 4%" more than that...come to find out that loans was 16%. They are not honest sales men. Thats the first issue. Also when i was discussing the details of a car with a sale associate..another sales associate told a customer to not come there unless she has money another customer over heard this and told the sales associate to not speak with customers like that and the sales associate started yelling at the other customer. The fiasco doesnt end there folks. After I get my car...I drive it home and 3 light pop on in the dash board. A tire light an airbag light and another light that Im unsure of its meaning. So clearly they did not give the car a true inspection and somehow got a sticker put on. Additionally my driver side window will not work. Over all they are NOT PROFESSIONAL DISHONEST and a big SCAM. I wont be surprised if they are out of business within the next 5 years. Please explore other options before you even consider a car purchase with this circus act of car sales men, a very rude man who runs the financial aspect, and to whom ever owns that company you are doing wrong by choosing your employees poorly and scamming on people who are in need of a vehicle. I hope this review helps someone avoid the financial distress and ethical mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this organization

First off, being a used car dealer has to be one of the most difficult businesses. I did my homework before purchasing. With that being said...PROS.. gave me the truck I wanted at the price stated online. Got me a great interest rate. Prep detailing and DMV service was great (they went twice for no extra charge). They actually DELIVERED MY TRUCK TO MY SHOP! People are friendly and got no indication of any shady deals or people. The lot also has a huge variety of expensive stock on the lot. CONS. Because I did my homework, the truck price was a couple thousand lower than ANY OTHER TRUCK, FOR SALE so I was forced to buy an extended warrantee for them to profit on the truck. (the extended warrantee made the final price still lower than comps available for the truck).I had never bought an extended warrantee before so I really didnt appreciate being forced to take the warrantee plan or higher interest rate. I understand everyone has to make a living, but I like the numbers straight up without the nonsense, but thats just me. Other people love that nonsense! 2nd, as a guy who doesnt enjoy shopping for cars, the experience extended longer than I wanted due to the wrangling of the issue mentioned above. . Overall, I would buy from them again now that I know what to expect, because at the end of the day I got a good price, good truck, and good financing.
