NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS dealership if you dont like to get RIPPED OFF, a screw-job or raked over the coals even after by the SERVICE DEPT. They make nothing but excuses. I brought TWO CARS to them for repairs. First bad experience was on an Marquis. I wanted a distributor replaced, thats it. The heard the engine had a knock while it was on line waiting to be taken into the bay. Well INSTEAD of letting me know right there that they never work on engines that knock, NO ! They took it in anyway for a "diagnosis" and "multi-point" inspection only to later tell us that NO we will not repair the vehicles distributor because the engine has a knock. SHOULD have told me that prior BEFORE charging me $100 for a diagnosis ! RIP OFF ! Next car I brought in was a beautiful Town Car. The red brake light was glowing on the dash slightly. They call me back and tell me WE CANT FIX YOUR CAR. It needs a master cylinder, booster, brake switch, proportion valve, and brake lines! BUT we cant make the repair because one part is obsolete and we dont make it anymore. Then they went ahead and STILL charged me $108 !!! FOR NOTHING ! Now in addition to the charge for no work, THEY LIED ! I proved they tried to UP SELL parts & labor NOT NEEDED! Next day I brought car to an Independent shop and they fixed it! All it needed was a master cylinder! So folks, they would have RIPPED me off if they had all the parts! That is called a SCREWJOB! Now I dont trust them on the two previous repairs to this vehicle. They charged me $630.00 for a horn wire that was bad! A BROKEN WIRE costs $600 bucks? BS ! Should have been $200 at most! Then I had brought the car in for a thermostat after I first bought it. They told me it also needed a water pump too!. WHY it was not leaking! But at the time I trusted them! NEVER AGAIN ! Folks if you love getting reamed by Paul Chaleff, Paul Kelly, Lauren, Mike and this FAMILY place? Then by all means go there and patronize them. You will be lied too, treated like you have money falling out of your butt. They will RAPE your wallet! STAY AWAY from this Service Center which is on 147 W. 11th Street in Huntington NY and stay away from this dealership too which is on 333 West Jericho Turnpike Huntington NY !!! Go somewhere where your MONEY is appreciated and you are not treated like an ATM! I hope they go bankrupt!

Worst service center ever. Never going back there. I brought my car back twice because of an unsettling noise, and they kept saying they fixed it, but the noise was still there. I drive a 2012 Focus. First time they had me spend $300 on a new strut, which I thought fixed it until I heard the noise again. Brought it back and drove with a technician who verified the sound. Took it home two days later and they said they fixed a bearing issue. Well, the sound still exists and now theres a new problem when I brake. Id really like to know if the technicians ever care about the work they do. After this entire situation, I spoke to one over the phone and he didnt let me get in a sentence. He tried to answer my concerns as I explained my issue instead of listening to me. Its very frustrating to be cut off every sentence while Im trying to explain my problem. I work in customer service, and this technician should not. What I tried to explain to the technician was that when I brought my car in to get SYNC updated several months ago, I got it back and it wasnt updated. The paper I received, which states what they did and the cost of everything, stated in pen that "SYNC UPDATED" with a checkmark. I got into my car excited to use STNC, and it didnt update. This was super upsetting. I found out a few weeks ago that Ford pulled the update due to some issues. Im pissed that no one even bothered to explain this to me when I picked up my car. I wouldve totally understood since I had issues installing the update myself, but they just stamped it as done and sent me off. Worst. Place. Ever. They dont care about customers because they dont have customer service skills.

My terrible experience at Ford in Huntington. My brand new 2014 explorer outside temperature stopped working. I called to make an appointment. The woman that answered the phone at the service department asked me if I bought the car here. I said no. She then said "Well, why are you calling here". I ended up making the appointment anyway despite her rudeness. I made the appointment for 7:30am the following week. I get to the dealership and the gates are closed, circled the building until 8am - still closed. I called numerous times and no one picked up. I decided to leave and go to work. At 8:15 finally someone picked up at the service dept. I found out that the svc. dept was in another location, which I would have also known if they picked up at 7:30 when I called. I was so frustrated and annoyed that I asked to speak to the owner Steve Weiss. Right off the bat I could tell in the tone of his voice he had no patience or time to speak to me. I explained to him my bad experience and all he could say was "I dont know what to tell you" and he said "Well its not uncommon for a service dept to be in a different location" with a condescending attitude and kept repeating "I dont know what to tell you". Finally I said why dont you start with an apology! Arent you the owner?! This dealership is not professional and obviously do not care about their customers. I should have been told when I made the appt where the svc. dept was located and an apology was absolutely necessary!

Terrible would be generous. Id give these guys negative stars if I could !!! The dealership was the closest to my home so I visited it 1st. The lease on my 2011 Explorer is up, and I wanted to purchase one this time around. I had already built the Explorer with options on the Ford website and printed out the page. When I arrived at the dealership, I handed the printout to Fred. After a few minutes, he came back to tell me they had nothing in the color I wanted in stock and there were very few 2014s left in the US. However, I could wait 8-10 weeks for the 2015s, but the cash incentives weren’t as good. Fred made absolutely no attempt to locate what I wanted. Fred’s story didn’t sound plausible, so I left and drove over to Sayville Ford. They had 5 in the color I wanted and 2 very close to the options I wanted. We negotiated price and terms. I then went to Smithtown Ford with pretty much the same result. Both dealerships told me if I didn’t like what they had in stock, they could locate similar cars at other dealerships. Last night I struck a deal with Sayville and will pick up the car in 3 days. To be perfectly blunt, Huntington’s sales service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. I really had the impression they did not want to sell me a car.
