My experience with this dealership and their staff was beyond amazing. The service was nothing less than phenominal; Joe and Steve went above and beyond my expectation with the purchase of my new and 1st Hyundai. We were recommended by a couple of cousins to see Joe as that is who they worked with to purchase their cars. Joe was amazing and was informative about the types of cars that would work with our needs and budget. He recommended a test drive of the Veracruz that I saw and had asked about on the lot. He was very thorough with his explanation of the advantages of the car and talked about its many benefits inbcluding Hyundais amazing warranty. Steve had gone on tests drives with both my husband and I and took his time to go through the vehicle and options that we had; he was very informative and helpful in making the decision of what we wanted in our car. They made the process of getting our new 2011 Veracruz effortless. They took the time to explain the car bumper to bumper and answered any and all questions we had. Aki was very knowledgable and helpful with the discussion of my trade in of my 2001 Toyota Sienna. Jose was very thorough with explaining the financing of the car and we were very satisfied with the payment that we came to. I was very impressed with the entire staff as much as they were as professional and courtesous they were also very hospitable to making me and my children very comfortable while we were there. Hyundai should feel so very fortunate to have such an amazing staff of people working for them; they all worked together so finely as a team. They were sure to keep us informed of everything. I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to not only recommend Hyundai but to tell my friends and family to go to Stamford Hyundai as we were referred there by 2 families members who had also just recently got new cars from that dealership and another cousin of ours also got a car there the same day we did. I cant say enough wonderful things about our experience and look forward to our continued relationship with Stamford Hyundai! If able to give a rate higher than a 5 I surely wouldve! Thanks again for an amazing experience!

My car had been totaled on an out of state trip and I needed to replace it quickly since I work 2 jobs and also attend college. I found my car online, exactly what I wanted but without any pictures. It was also 2 hours from home. Arcady Zislis immediately sent me photos from his own i-phone so I could decide if it was worth the trip. I made the trip the same day, and though it was late afternoon on a Saturday, Arcady was patient with my questions and maintained a low-key attitude. He was more than cooperative with my request to take it out on the highway to make sure the engine and transmission performed well. Since I was out of state and waiting for the insurance to pay out on my original car, I needed to wait to purchase this car. Most dealerships want to close the deal while you are still in their store, knowing some people will get cold feet and back out of a deal. Arcady never showed any impatience or annoyance at our request, and it was because of him I was comfortable leaving a large deposit. There are always negotiable items when you purchase a vehicle and I have to say that the General Manager and the Finance Manager were also reasonable and worked with us. One example is that the car was advertised as having a full size tire as a spare, but on checking it was only the temporary donut. I simply asked if they could compensate me for the difference, since it was part of the advertised perks. The general manager agreed to take money off the total purchase price of the car, as well as another bundled option that is usually added on. This is on top of the fact that the price of the car was excellent, and lower than most dealerships closer to my home. This willingness to make the customer happy is often missing at many dealerships, even if it means they are not losing a great deal of money. I felt that this dealership was very accommodating, and Arcady was the perfect combination of a salesperson without high pressure, yet responsive to what the customer is looking for. When this car needs replacement, I will definitely call Arcady to help me to find another.

Sonny did a great job for me. He was always personable and always available when I available. I got a good (but not amazing) deal. We quickly transitioned to negotiating only in the "out the door" price and spent little time on confusing pricing presentations unlike my experience another dealer. And MUCH better than the hidden cost bait-n-switch pricing of a certain dealer in Queens. No conflicts. (BTW... this was not a trade-in deal and no financing.) My mechanic/inspector was accommodated without undue fuss. -- After sale, Sonny was helpful when I called back several times, He provided suggestions+help on maintenance schedule resumption, brief odor investigation, NYS more restrictive window tinting laws. It was a good experience overall. Thanks Sonny. My three minor suggestions for the dealership are 1) Theres no need for so much perfume in the car. 2) Its not terribly important, but another dealership had their cars in cleaner condition under the hood when showing them around. (I know this can be a challenge being located so close to the water and a nearby dusty area.) 3) It would be nice if the dealership had informed me up front that the tinting on the vehicle was a bit more than NYS would allow. (It would have also been nice if my inspector had told me that as well.)

Stamford Hyundai is the greatest! Dave Martinich was my salesman and the guy couldnt have been more professional. He made the buying experience painless! I bought 3 Hyundais from Fairfield Hyundai since 2003 and when my lease was up they wouldnt budge on a $2,650 bill due to my lease mileage was over the limit. I asked them to pay half and ownership/management (not the salesman) treated me like crap. Get this, I called Dave at Stamford Hyundai and told him about the mile overage, dents in the rear quarter panel, etc., etc., and he said come in next week, I walked in and a brand new 2016 Sonata was waiting for me to sign the papers. He managed to wipe out the mile overage, paid my final two car payments, gave me another $500 in incentives, for a total of $4,000 in rebates. Oh yeah, 2 free oil changes and $20 oil changes thrown in for the life of the lease (3 years at 15,000 miles). Best part...... my monthly car payment stayed the same!! Go see Dave Martinich!!! Ill buy every car at Stamford Hyundai! Steve Grens

I leased my third Sonata (second from Stamford Hyundai). This one is a 2017 Limited 2.0 Turbo. I love it! This car has features that some fully-loaded Mercedes dont have. You cant beat the value of a Sonata. From the first contact, Arcady was polite and patient. He made me feel comfortable working with him. There was no pressure - I dont like pressure; I walk away from it. Arcady was sensitive to what I was looking for and helped me get a great deal. Once I decided to do the deal, Arcady pushed the paperwork process along quickly. He even helped me move my stuff from my old car to the new one! Class act. I highly recommend Arcady and Stamford Hyundai. These guys are professionals, and they treat you right. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.
