Deliberately with holding mail from an elderly citizen after a forwarding order was ended. Rude and hang up on you when you call asking for help. Pretty sure its illegal to keep federal mail from the intended receiver, yet no action is taken after 1+ weeks.

Best US post office Ive ever been to! Im not kidding. I used to hate going to the post office because the workers were so rude. Now that I live in Southbury I love the post office. These people are so friendly and helpful.
