Beyond rude and nasty. I have never witnessed such a disgusting array of behavior before. It does not matter if you were waiting in line for 45 minutes waiting to get a passport renewed, your business is not valued as highly as those dropping off packages. They actaully told me they need to serve THEIR customers first before helping me. When I asked why I was not considered a customer, they told me it was because i was only doing a passport instead of postal mail. I was very interested by this statement since there were 2 people in front of me that were allowed to have their passports done with no problem....but when I came to the counter there was a very sudden policy change. Very appalled by this offices behavior

Its a post office. I waited a reasonable amount of time and then sent my package. The lady at the counter was very polite and even added some clear tape to my package after warning me that the marker would get washed out if the package gets wet. If you need to do a post office thing then this seems like a reasonable place to do it. I dont recommend it for birthday parties or graduations, but then again, its a post office. If you need to send invitations or thank you notes, this could be the place to do it.

I cant tell you how many times they were supposed to deliver something and for no explainable reason they dont. And its not like you can call them or file a complaint! Forget ever being able to actually communicate with a human being! Why cant FedEx or ups deliver my packages?? Why do they have to transfer my stuff to these useless human beings??

Got really bad experiences in this time. No matter what question I want to ask. She just said she dont know. The only work she dose is shipping the mail. Feel humiliated by this lady. Other staffs are much better then her. I feel she is discrimination. Horrible experience.

DONT GO HERE. Always Slow. Always Rude. Always nosy. Today I had my package ripped out of my hand by Pablo, the shorter Spanish man who works the front desk, who is always rude. Avoid this place at all costs.
