I just moved to my new residence about 6 months ago and my mails have been delivered to me as I expected until recently ,all my important mails are being returned to the sender claiming that "no known address" exist. I spoke to a supervisor at this facility and she told me that the mailman is the one who stamps that information on the mails and return them to sender..i had on couple off occasion given the postman mails that was not assigned to my box and I dont know if he is trying to spite me because I try to have him correct his mistakes...if thats the case then I will have to report this matter to the postmaster general and get this corrected once and for all.

I been living in brentwood for many years and the emailing service has been great but now more recently when it comes to delivering important mail like example my checks I get in the mail. My checks get misplaced to another address and this happened to me four times. I called and women answered, I told her that my checks have been misplaced or left at the post office by mistake can you help me. She answered unfortunately I cant help you unless it has a tracking number and hangs up immediately. Rude and disrespectful and this post office needs to change.
